Worst fast food app
Terrible app. Doesn’t work at all. Krystal’s is just a more expensive White Castle but doesn’t offer better quality. This app has been nothing but a headache. I live right next to a Krystal and would like to earn rewards or order online but it’s impossible on this app. I’ve spent countless hours just trying to place an order with no success. (Update: it’s been a couple months of me trying to place an order. Still unable to do so) They do online only deals but everytime I try to place an order it just says oops we couldn’t place your order. Every. Single. Time. I went into the store to see if they could figure it out, they couldn’t, and they wouldn’t honor the deal but yet I can’t even place an order online so what the heck. On top of that I try to earn rewards as the app has a QR code but they said they don’t even have a QR scanner at any of the locations I’ve been to, so no earning rewards either. What a joke of a company. If anything this is just a menu you can look at, which is terribly laid out at that. Never going to Krystal’s again.

I took advantage of a promo and ordered breakfast online. The Krystal restaurant was CLOSED for breakfast. They had not yet opened at 9:30am. I dedicated way too much of my day to this. Pursuing reimbursement will require even more of my valuable time. What happened to this former icon of superb American fast food?

This is a great Krystal location. I always get everything I order unlike a lot of places. The food is always hot and made the way it should be. No thrown together Krystal burgers or sunrisers.

I get to the last step of paying for my order but I can’t go any further. I get a spinning “validating order” that spins forever until an error message pops up.

..Not hot fries..see what I did there? Anyway. Lots of redundant loops of pop ups. Lots of push marketing during order. Very confusing to navigate. And then, the promo I do select, came up as not available. No bueno.
App does not work
I received an email about an offer. I tried to sign in, but it said my account had been deactivated. I tried to create a new account, but it won’t let me because it says the phone number is already in use. There’s no place to click help so I guess I just won’t be going to Krystal.
