Worst fast food app
Terrible app. Doesn’t work at all. Krystal’s is just a more expensive White Castle but doesn’t offer better quality. This app has been nothing but a headache. I live right next to a Krystal and would like to earn rewards or order online but it’s impossible on this app. I’ve spent countless hours just trying to place an order with no success. They do online only deals but everytime I try to place an order it just says oops we couldn’t place your order. Every. Single. Time. I went into the store to see if they could figure it out, they couldn’t, and they wouldn’t honor the deal but yet I can’t even place an order online so what the heck. On top of that I try to earn rewards as the app has a QR code but they said they don’t even have a QR scanner at any of the locations I’ve been to, so no earning rewards either. What a joke of a company. If anything this is just a menu you can look at, which is terribly laid out at that. Never going to Krystal’s again.

Can’t order
I get to the last step of paying for my order but I can’t go any further. I get a spinning “validating order” that spins forever until an error message pops up.

..Not hot fries..see what I did there? Anyway. Lots of redundant loops of pop ups. Lots of push marketing during order. Very confusing to navigate. And then, the promo I do select, came up as not available. No bueno.
App does not work
I received an email about an offer. I tried to sign in, but it said my account had been deactivated. I tried to create a new account, but it won’t let me because it says the phone number is already in use. There’s no place to click help so I guess I just won’t be going to Krystal.

Please let the 206 s Germantown location be the model for the location on 1377 union avenue and 4395 Elvis Presley blvd in Memphis Tennessee. I have been disappointed with both locations, thanks for the Germantown location I will be returning.
Basically basic
Could not redeem my rewards, took 15 min to get my food and tables where dirty for the restaurant to be empty

App needs work!
I would normally order in a restaurant app, however there are multiple items that are not available to order on the app, like cheese grits for instance, a side of eggs, an order of bacon or sausage.

The app works great it looks nice. my only complaint is that going through the menu to make an order could be a bit clearer and have a little more pop to it.

Incorrect Order
Whenever I frequent this Krystal my order is 9/10 incorrect. They will serve you whatever is in the window regardless if it’s what you actually ordered.
