App Loading Time
Lately, I’ve been experiencing that the app takes a really long time to load and open up. Sometimes, it won’t even load at all and I have to wait a few minutes. Other times, it comes up with a connection error and prompts me to refresh the page however no luck.
Other than the above, no other issues at all with the app.

App speed is ridiculous, forever loading

App barely loads to book a class. Needs an update desperately. I’d rather book with other studios

The app has been super slow since the most recent update. There’s a lag opening the app, there’s a lag when booking classes, and with payments.

The home page takes a long time to load right from the start. Selecting a package is just as slow.
More seriously, payment gets taken from my account but the package stays stuck ‘on hold’, pending payment, so I can’t book classes even though I’ve already paid. Needs fixing ASAP.

Buffering a real issue
It is difficult when you want the ease of the app for booking management but can never get into it as the buffering goes on for so long it fails to open

This rating is regarding the app speed only. It takes to long to load when you want to look at schedule, switch between different days and book etc. Can this please be fixed? It was never a problem until a few months ago?

The functionality of the app has increased dramatically over the last few months. More recently the performance has reduced such that I spend a lot of time waiting for pages to load. Remove the bloat wear and strip the functions back to features that provide customer value. Eg The “rate the session” function is a waste of time , nobody at KX reads it.

Multiple Calendar Bookings
Please update this app! Per the reviews from Mar & Apr, the Apple calendar is receiving 4+ booking confirmations despite only booking 1 class for that one day, which I have to manually delete multiple confirmations each time I cancel, amend or add a class within the app. This is extremely frustrating!!!
