Soooooo slow I can’t book classes literally every click takes ages to load
App is very slow to load
This rating is regarding the app speed only. It takes to long to load when you want to look at schedule, switch between different days and book etc. Can this please be fixed? It was never a problem until a few months ago?

The functionality of the app has increased dramatically over the last few months. More recently the performance has reduced such that I spend a lot of time waiting for pages to load. Remove the bloat wear and strip the functions back to features that provide customer value. Eg The “rate the session” function is a waste of time , nobody at KX reads it.

Multiple Calendar Bookings
Please update this app! Per the reviews from Mar & Apr, the Apple calendar is receiving 4+ booking confirmations despite only booking 1 class for that one day, which I have to manually delete multiple confirmations each time I cancel, amend or add a class within the app. This is extremely frustrating!!!

Doesn’t update icalendar
Great app however doesn’t update iPhone calendar when you book a class since the ios 17 update.
Dreadful app with bugs not being fixed
The latest release populates a copy of the booking in your phone calendar for every day ahead you book. So if you book a class 7 days in advance, you get 7 events in your phone, for the one class. I note also this bug was logged here more than a month ago and it’s still not fixed.

The app used to send text messages when you got off the waitlist and now it doesn’t anymore so I keep missing out. Can you please adjust this.

The app is easy to use and shows you all the details that you need to know. It’s not difficult at all to navigate and a perfect compliment to the kx experience
