Good concept terrible execution
I’ve been taking the Metro Micro for about a week now the concept is good. It’s something to rival rideshare program within the existing network of the LA Metro however, the execution of it is abysmal. The rides that you request of wildly inconsistent, coupled with the fact that if you can even get a ride in the first place, I believe the system should be heavily refined or heavily funded.

Nice upgrade

Routing system is garbage
What’s unforgivable about this service is that at some point of your route it will pick another passengers up depending on the route that driver take in the middle of your ride. I have seen this thing add 2-3 people on my way home making me sit in the van for 40-50min. Total garbage of a gps system they are using.

Pointless update
Driver parked in a dangerous street next to freeway after called said I was present. Drove off without looking at me while waving. Not being able to run across the street. What’s the point of the location being on when they don’t look at it? Driver also came earlier than expected. Cannot review after canceled ride anymore either.

Horrible.
They don’t have any cars. Any time I try to schedule something, even hours or days in advance, there’s literally no option to be picked up by Metro Micro. It only gives me the “option” to take the bus. If I wanted that, I’d download the Transit app.
Bad Tracking
The application no longer knows where drivers are. This is the third time in a row driver tracking has been off. The app says the driver is 10 minutes out when they’re really at the pickup spot. The drivers can only wait a handful of minutes and leave before I can walk to the pickup spot. You have to show up 20min early so you don’t miss your driver.

Canceled my ride when I did not request a ride at that time. Now unable to schedule. Trash app
Takes way too long
This app tells you a car is coming at 12:30 and then the arrival time will keep changing and changing until they are more than a half hour late. Really inconvenient for anybody who values their time or needs to be punctual.

The best transportation ever
I just wanna say that for them to have micro Metro is one of the best things that has ever happened to LA in transportation because it is a lot cheaper than Uber. They get you to your destination on time safely. It’s just very unbelievable. The drivers are very professional. They ensure your safety at all at all

BAIT and Switch
This app did it require email, phone number and option to add a banking information? Well if the user of the app change the phone number, they have no way to log back in. The app has captured personal information that was previously entered and locked it in their storage without giving the owner of that personal information to delete the email and banking information from this app. Which who could use the information to sell to affiliates? Is this going to be a source of future class action law suits? This is a privacy violation at the very basic

This service is amazing, when it works. I dont expect this to be uber but I should be able to schedule a ride a few days in advance. Micro is seldom available.

Between the lack of consistency when it comes to these rides, and the customer service reps . They all need an upgrade because they could really care less about customers and the point that they request these rides to get to their destination and want to have a poor attitude on top of that
Metro Micro Experience
I’ve used metro micro since I went to PCC it has always been reliable and useful for short trips.
not a metro micro app anymore
i loved using metro micro because it was easy for me to schedule to get picked up. now i can’t schedule a pick up as easily because instead of the app showing me metro micros available, it’s only showing me nearest bus routes. and no i can’t always schedule ahead because i don’t always have a set time when i would need a metro micro. it’s inconvenient and there should be a way to chose if you want a metro micro or a bus. completely defeats the point of the app. if i wanted a bus route, i would use the map app.

Horrible app. Horrible horrible horrible. Texted me four different times my ride’s behind, would get 15 minutes away & then switch back to 30. Never giving this thing a dollar out of my pocket again. Rather walk the full distance. Extremely unreliable don’t use unless you have a backup plan.
very useful once you get used to it…
Micro has saved me so much in my commute to and from work. Instead of using Uber/Lyft for a fifteen minute ride from the Metro station to my work… its about $2.50. Works well if you book your ride ahead, and you are at the pickup spot on time. You can also see where your ride is and how many other passengers they are picking up or dropping off. Thank you Metro LA for this service.

Exceptional service
Metro has really gotten everything right with this app and service. It hasn’t been perfect but has overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. Drivers are safe and courteous, vehicles are clean, app functions seamlessly.
Heads Up Driver on Beeak
I love the app. It’s amazing and very convenient, but there should be a heads-up notification to let customers know when a driver is on break. Otherwise, we end up waiting an extra 15 to 30 minutes without realizing it, when we could have taken other means of transportation.
