I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The 52 in Pensacola. The apartment I had the privilege of staying in is clean, decorated nicely in a minimalist style, quality appliances, adequately stocked, and overall very comfortable. The property’s amenities were very nice.
Altura Perdido by Landing
Beautiful, immaculate, furnished apartments. Had a beautiful view of the pool. Nice quiet place to stay.
Excellent stay
Everything from booking forward was amazing. Loved the property because it was outside the metro enough, but still close to amenities. Parking was a bear if you come back too late from outings, but I still found some. The place was very clean and felt safe for me traveling alone.
Our trip to Melbourne Florida
We came down for a week and stayed at the landing, my nephew Tony Coontz had a food truck called Stokd at the Indian Harbour beach that we wanted to check out. My mother and sister and brother and sister in law all came down to check it out also. We spent less money than others and stayed longer with a lot more amenities, I highly recommend the landing if you’re looking for a place for a week or longer or even a couple days.

Awesome concept : Standby but Greed
I have been with them since they started as a standby member, at 1295/month. It was pretty great. Then the next year, 1495, I understood but it sucked because the quality in these apartments were going down hill. Not all, but a lot of the cities I felt nasty going in and the smells… like truckers that have been on the road for 3 weeks with no showers. It’s about 50/50 if the units even clean from the last guest. Now, 1795. I’m no longer interested in landing. They also removed the end dates so you can actually see when you might get bumped, don’t know why that was important to remove, but yeah. Loved the idea but as always corporate greed, aka profits win again and they screw the people using their program. Standby is essentially house sitting until the real renter arrives.

Beautiful apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Landing! The apartment was absolutely lovely—clean, neat, spacious, and very well maintained. It was clear that a great deal of care and thoughtful attention went into the design and overall setup of the unit, which made our stay both memorable and comfortable.
The apartment had a warm, welcoming feel and included thoughtful touches that truly made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, especially for someone like me who struggles with back issues, so the firm and supportive mattress was a huge plus. We also appreciated how bright and inviting many areas of the apartment felt.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and truly appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the unit.

Vacation trip
It was great all around. Close to landmarks. The pool was great, and the gym was amazing to have on a trip like this one. Very clean place. It was a really pleasant experience.
I Wish There Was a Zero-Star Option
I know it was too good to be true. At first, they act like they have great customer service and respond to any issue with care. We genuinely felt at home and tried to give back by reporting some maintenance issues where previous poorly handled repairs had caused damage to the house. Instead of thanking us for actually caring and trying to help, they held those expenses against us and, completely out of the blue, kicked us out without any warning. I even talked to the Executive Resolution Manager, but she was entirely useless.
On top of that, there was a major issue with their drop-off key lock box. We wasted 30 minutes trying to make it work, but had no luck. We tried reaching out to them right then and asked for help, but didn't get any response, so we were forced to leave the key in the room. Later that day, they reached out and told us they are charging us $100 for not putting it in the lock box—and they are actually using this as a reason why they are canceling our membership!
The final straw was when we realized we forgot some items in the room. We reached out to ask about them, and they just told us they didn't have them. Then, they actually shamed us and got angry at us for forgetting things in the first place, explicitly mentioning that as another reason for canceling our membership!!! This place is incredibly unprofessional, vindictive, and petty. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

Poor Service & No Wi-Fi
After checking in was disappointed to find WiFi not functional and not instruction or response on how to access other amenities. Was further disappointed when I called the Internet provider to find out service was cut off due to the company not paying an outstanding $1k bill! Called twice to escalate to a manager which they told me would call back to no avail. Am now trying to work through a refund and may need to contact my Credit Card company to withhold payment. Extremely disappointed on the lack of response after moving in an escalating.

Great Service
Our stay at Summer House at Lake Apopka has been Great especially the warm courtesy extended by Daniel. We were checking out of one unit and going to be checking into another unit at 4 pm EST. Daniel extended our check out to 3 pm so that we could easily move to the new reservation once it was ready. Talk about making our lives easy. The courtesy that Daniel shared will never be forgotten. We will continue to use Landing whenever we have a need to stay. Matt was also very helpful. I highly recommend Landing for short term stays. Five star for sure.

Not happy!
I would love to say that I have had a good experience but that is far from the truth! I have been bumped and then there is now no 2 bedrooms available in the entire city. One building didn’t have parking and had to pay for a garage. I have used this company before a couple years ago and had a great experience but this time it’s not the same. Also the apartments are on furnished finders so standby is competing against people on furnished finders.

Landing in Raleigh
This is our first experience with Landing. We are very impressed with the accommodation and likely will start with a Landing search for future travel.
Perfect short term stay
It was our first time staying at a Landing and everything was perfect. As a senior, I was a bit hesitant to try a Landing for our short term stay, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It was easy, the communication from Landing was great, the apartment was spotless. In addition the Landing welcome gifts were a hit! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Why would somebody list their home on landing!! No one answers NEVER at 24/7 support !!!!! Lock is stack and spent all night out of the house

Absolutely thrilled with our stay! We’ve been in the apartment for several weeks and I just extended our stay as we are doing work to our home. The apartment is wonderful, as is the entire complex it’s located it!
