Extremely poor customer service
My laundry which was given on 12th aug was supposed to be delivered on 16th aug by 2pm. However, there is no sign of my laundry being delivered. The customer support number provided is never reachable. And no one ever responds to the WhatsApp support number. Extremely frustrated with the service. Few months back my blankets and dog bed was damaged - it came back in lumps. Then also the customer service did not respond. Pls don’t ever give your laundry to laundrokart. Very poor service!

Affordable and professional option for Steam Ironing requirements.
I have been available their steam ironing services for the past two months. Really satisfied with the quality of ironing and the way they handle the garments.
Clothes come back looking like new every time
A simple google search helped me introduce to this service. All of their services are excellent even just steam ironing. I also used shoe cleaning service & it was outstanding as well.

My experience with this branch has been mixed. On some occasions, they do a very good job with steam ironing and dry cleaning. However, there have been times when they have done a very bad job. Once, the clothes given by my wife was dry cleaning had stains in them which were not there while giving the clothes. They had done a very bad job with respect to steam ironing as well. Moreover, in general they should deliver clothes with a shorter turnaround time.

Worst laundry service ever
Firstly my flatmate already warned me that she had a very bad experience where multiple garments were not returned but still I thought that maybe it was a one time thing and went ahead with booking anyway. To my disappointment not only the delivery was delayed by a week without any notification or update plus they have lost my blanket! And on calling the laundrokart person who delivered the items he is no longer picking my call! I don’t have much trust on the support team either whether they’ll even try to look into it considering the pathetic service

Poor & Pathetic Customer service
The app has an option to select pick up and delivery slot which is good but funny part is the team works as per their own time . There is no contact number to reach out , CHAT service is horrible. Delivery agents are rude . They don’t respect customers time & they don’t even update you if there is a delay unless you chase multiple times over chat .
If you insist more the chat agent gives you deliver guy contact and say you can chase him . This is ridiculous to pay for the service as well do help desk job on your own .

Worst ever
Please stay away from them. They are not good at their work. They charge for dry cleaning and will do water wash and hard ironing on clothes and deliver. My clothes got ruined. They will ask to write email for complaints and never come on call to address the concerns because they know that people will bombard them on call for the service they do. It’s pathetic work. If you want to waste your money and clothes both then go ahead.

Worst experience ever with the laundry service in Bangalore. This was my 1st order and they made me follow up each day. Firstly if order is getting delayed delivery no one will inform neither app will update with due date change. Post calling them also they have no answer on order status. After 2 days delay when I made call n enquired person told it will be delivered by 4 PM
When I had checked back they said order is not ready. They have made all non sense excuses and last they said on call we cannot update status write us on email. Why email they can revert but no have update on their system to address on customer order

I really liked the service from Laundrokart dry cleaning services. I am giving this review after taking multiple services. The service is very good. Due to my hectic schedule I didn't wash my office clothes and outdoor clothes frequently and due to which my clothes had caught fungus and dust stains. When I took the first service, I was really impressed with the wash quality and loved the packing. The packing is so good that I kept my clothes as it is in the wardrobe. I have almost washed my entire wardrobe clothes from Laundrokart and kept it packed.
Also, i took shoe dry cleaning services, which is simply amazing. My old shoes are looking bright and new. My white shoes are looking brand new. It smells good and souls are 100% cleaned

The best thing about they maintain the hygiene ….. and have done n numbers of time my work in emergency …. First laundry I have cọme across that delivers the work in 2 days …and the staff is so polite … the owner personally checks the stuff that’s amazing and will get done from Laundrokart.
Not what they seem!
Like all startup’s even this one makes big claims, but frankly the quality is bad! I see that every time I get my clothes back I see them aging rapidly. I’m highly doubtful about the quality of their process and water and materials used as the life of my clothes seems to drastically reduced ever since I started using their service. And now with the price hikes and not to mention delivery delays even when u pay for express , it’s just not worth it!!

Bad experience- stinky delivery
I had been using there services for a long time now. But from past multiple orders i am experiencing horrible smell of chemical . The product is not been dried properly. We have to again wash after delivery from laundrokart. They do not have any customer service team
Tried reaching multiple times but never got any help. Not at all recommended. They tak the product and return making it very stinky. Disappointed.
