Sneaky pop up buttons
After you pay for the 55min dryer, a sneaky pop up button appears. The one that’s normally meant to indicate the dryer has started. Except these sneaky little devils snuck an up charge into the button for “5 mins” extra dryer time. Totally meant to trick those customers not paying close attention. Why trick your own customers for $0.25 ? Really short sighted

Unferly charged
I would like to know why is the price 2.25/2.80 and I have been charged always 5.50 for one laundry machine to wash and 5.50 to dry??
Easy to use
Used this at the last couple of apartments and it works great. Easy to add money and pay at whatever machine you’re at. The machines work well too

Help request doesn’t work
Works perfectly fine otherwise but the help request doesn’t work. I’ll put in the QR code or number of the machine and all it will do is have the loading circle on there indefinitely. Kind of sucks when the machines keep on breaking and there are 2-3 working for roughly 250 students.
Not sure if it’s the ap or internet
Everytime I always have issues connecting. If I delete the ap and re add or turn my phone off then back on it sometimes helps.
When it works it’s fine, but when it doesn’t… hoo boy.
This app logs me out yearly. This wasn’t a problem when login with Apple was an option, but they removed it for some dumb reason. Now I have to contact them every time I need to login because my previous password stops working. I can only do my laundry in the middle of the night, when there’s no support. Even when it works, I would say it’s just say it’s passable as an app.

Not good
My university uses this app and I just really don’t like it. The times for the wash/drying is always wrong and always goes off way too early and for some reason there’s this BS that happens sometimes where you need to pay more to get your clothes adequately dried. It’ll say “Add extra time for 0.25?”

New washer/dryer at complex
Like theConvenience I’d paying with app on phone and easy refill. Just wish they weren’t on the ground, have a few disabled and elderly neighbors who can’t bend to use them. If you out on platform , that’ll make everyone happy.
Frustrating Company
We moved into our unit about 6 months ago and have had endless issues with this company. Broken dryers, software down etc. Refused to refund anything despite paying for multiple rounds of drying on a broken dryer. Eventually had to contest with CC company. Currently sitting with no working dryers and 3 soaking wet loads of laundry 2 days before vacation.

App needs fixes
Timer on this app is awful will say load is finished and it will still have 5-10 minutes left. They over charge to change settings and also to use dryer they don’t even give an hour! They again overcharge to go from 55 to 60 minutes to dry
Never connects, stole my $8
It just doesn’t work sometimes. Sucks for you if you’re in the middle of drying a load of laundry. Other times it works well enough to take your money, but not well enough for it to start the machine. How convenient.
Useless App
This app is superfluous and adds no value to the world. I am forced to use it because my apartment’s laundry machines use it. It could be replaced by a simple credit card tapping feature on machines. Imagine simply selecting your laundry settings, tapping your card, and boom. Done. We don’t need another iPhone app, with a username and password, with its own payment system, with frequent security and maintenance updates. Over engineering at its finest. Every time you pay for the laundry, some of your money is paying a team of software engineers to maintain this app that wasn’t needed in the first place. I’m disappointed this app ever existed.
