They do not work how they make themselves out to. When you make a loan “request” they make it seem like you will receive actual offers in return, that you can then accept. In reality they just plug a bunch of advertisements for other lending apps like MoneyLion and call it an “offer”. There is no way to delete your account and no customer service. Just an AI that gives false information and does not help whatsoever. So essentially they just take your SSN, play in your face, and leave you stranded.

They keep trying this 3 day free sub for instant 200 and you don’t get a cash advance. Even if a lender accepts you they have again sign which doesn’t happen plus you really don’t get accepted for loans. I’ve asked support for help multiple times and no acceptance. Not worth it to me

Can’t find lender
I’ve tried this app before and couldn’t find a lender, decided to try again and still no lender, people stating they find lenders in 30 minutes tops is not true at all. I put in a request 5 days ago and haven’t had a single offer, both times I needed help they were no where to help. I would recommend skipping this app and trying others.

Need more banks
I would love to use this service but my credit union isn’t on the list of banks that can be linked. Maybe if you started using Plaid to connect banks you could get more business. If I’m ever able to use it I can update my review but for now I’m basing it off the easy of use up until bank connection.

Customer support is a joke. They don’t respond, can’t help with anything.

I would not recommend downloading this app. My experience has been extremely frustrating. The company allows users to provide personal information and submit loan requests, but when I attempted to delete my account, I was informed that I could not do so because of an active loan request. Despite requesting clarification and additional information, responses have been slow and unhelpful.
Consumers should carefully review the company’s data retention and account deletion policies before signing up. They will keep your information for 5 years once you delete your account. M If protecting your personal information and having control over your account are important to you, you may want to consider other options.
Transparency and timely customer support are essential, and unfortunately, my experience has not reflected either.

Says it lends money but sends you to endless forms to fill out that redirects you to more places to fill out information . I never received a penny
