I hate LG&E
The app SUCKS! It takes forever to load, and the updates are not at all accurate. If I could give the app one star I would. But I will give LG&E corporation a big fat ZERO, for being the worst in correcting power outages in a timely manner
App won’t open since they updated
Not sure if it’s the storms but app won’t open on my phone mid morning today. Was okay earlier so i am not sure what’s happening. On Aug. 8, 2026 it noted a head of time that maintenance on app for the 8th but I’m unsure how to force it to open.

This thing will log me out. Then tell me my password is wrong and I have to open and close the app serval times before it takes the same password I’ve been putting in.
I logged in once two years ago and this just now logs me out almost every time I open it.

Customer service is awful
I called at the first of the month because I think my bill is wrong. Explained that we had not been in that house during December and there were not Christmas lights and heats was set to 60 so there was not chance the bill should have doubled. There was supposed to be a supervisor call me and they never did. What you do to customers in winter and December especially is criminal and I hope someday someone goes to jail for it.

Payment date
I did not have the option of submitting a payment on a certain date. It would be nice to make a payment on the date I choose, today a payment was made thinking I would be able to choose the date closer to the due date.
