Login works fine on browser, but I can’t log in on the app. Completely useless.

This thing will log me out. Then tell me my password is wrong and I have to open and close the app serval times before it takes the same password I’ve been putting in.
I logged in once two years ago and this just now logs me out almost every time I open it.

Customer service is awful
I called at the first of the month because I think my bill is wrong. Explained that we had not been in that house during December and there were not Christmas lights and heats was set to 60 so there was not chance the bill should have doubled. There was supposed to be a supervisor call me and they never did. What you do to customers in winter and December especially is criminal and I hope someday someone goes to jail for it.

Payment date
I did not have the option of submitting a payment on a certain date. It would be nice to make a payment on the date I choose, today a payment was made thinking I would be able to choose the date closer to the due date.

Looks great, but missing some vital tools
The app is clean, organized, intuitive, and flows very well. My only caveat is that the user can’t do anything with their bill—can’t forward, send, save, or print. For that reason, I must rely on the website rather than this app to get a pdf copy of my bill.
