These people only care about lining their pockets. Like others said customer service is lacking the cost is outrageous and they charge a credit card I didn’t have on my current profile that I used months ago.

Shady practice
I made contact to check if my insurance was taken. It wasn’t. I never joined the program but was charged over $700. By the time I noticed, their customer service wouldn’t process the refund payment. Seriously? How many months would it be to get your money back when you were never a customer?
Scam providers and overpriced monthly service
These online companies really like to take advantage of people. Just so everybody is aware, if you sign up on the Eli Lilly website for an account and then ask your doctor to prescribe these medications knowing that you’re gonna be paying out-of-pocket, you can avoid the monthly subscription fee that this company charges you and then you can actually get the meds cheaper by about 50 bucks. Yes it will cost you between 450 and 500 but you shouldn’t have to pay the subscription fee if you have a provider. It takes days to get a response, they don’t care about your lab work, and when you threaten to cancel your subscription, then they decrease the price just to keep you enrolled and try to suck you back into their scheme. 150 bucks a month for terrible service plus they don’t even listen to the patients or hear their stories when prescribing medication. Is this an easy way to get the meds? Sure. Is it the best or cheapest absolutely not.

Terrible customer service
I used LifeMD for GLP-1 prescriptions and ultimately left due to poor customer service and prescription renewal issues. The membership cost was significant, but I frequently had to follow up myself to ensure medications were renewed on time. Communication was inconsistent, and I did not feel supported as a patient.

Pathetic Customer Service
Charged for prescription, never received. You try calling, they will call you back in a couple days if lucky. You message, they will get back to you next day (hopefully) just to tell you to wait. You’re on a weekly schedule and nobody can give two craps about you. So does the product Wegovy work. Yes. Do you do it through this company? Up to you, but I highly recommend a regular Doctor’s office that treats you like a human.

Making a choice
Being self-employed and working on my own all the time and not having any support can really make this process hard. Life MD truly has a supportive program that helps you work through the process. The people that I’ve dealt with With thus far have shown that mean nothing but kindness, understanding, and guidance.. the other thing that really helped was the fact that they’ve made it affordable. I have reviewed purchasing Zepbound from several different resources and I found that Life MD was not only the best process very straight to the point customer service was amazing and it was the most affordable for someone who is self-pay and doesn’t have insurance. This is my fourth week. I’ve lost 8 pounds and I’m looking forward to continuing this process. Thank you for thus far a good experience.
