feels like this app is at times abandoned by the people who are supposed to be responding. i messaged them 8 days ago and only just got a response after sending a “push” message 4 days ago. also the subscriptions can be iffy on if they will arrive on time or at all. do with that what you will
Love LifeMD
I have been using LifeMD telehealth for quite a few months now, I have been seen by Lauren Guse NP and I cannot begin to tell how much I love my appointments. Lauren takes the time to listen, she takes the time to address all of my problems, and she is very outgoing and professional. I will continue to use LifeMD for a very long time. This has been wonderful for women’s health/ post menopause health.

Awful support and failed to provide medication renewal on time multiple times.
On several instances the renewal of my medication was late or not done at all without me reminding them. The most recent instance was the last straw. I asked the support messaging system if my prescription would get renewed in time and they didn’t respond for 7 days. At that point I had I canceled my subscription, which I informed them was due to their poor service. They reached out again and it seemed like they would get me the final medication dosage before my cancelation, but they didn’t respond for another 5 days (oddly coincidental when my monthly subscription was up). I found it ironic that it said in the message portal it would take up to 24 hours to receive a message back. Lucky me I get the 5-7 day response plan.

Never get refills
I’ve been trying to get refills since January. I’ve been contacting them every month. They never answer. They never fill, but they definitely charge you every single month.

This service is awful I have been trying to cancel for almost a year and they keep trying to charge me. I have done everything to cancel and nothing works!
Scam artist
My HSA card has been blocked because of this company and the fact that their receipts don't include all the information the HSA company demands. But because I'm not paying I can't message billing directly on the app. I have emailed the company on multiple occasions so that I have a paper trail. Still no response. So now am I not able to get my GLP1 but I also can't get any of my meds I need for my children because the HSA card can't be used.

Wait time for call backs
I was on hold for 20 minutes then I decided to request a call back which was to be 9 minutes and they called back over hour later. I missed the call and started the process all over again and still have not received a call one and half later. This is the billing department. I will be canceling the service

They don’t honor their promises!
I gave them my debit card information and they added more money per month! I am still wondering if I will get the one month supply! I doubt it! I canceled it, and stopped any further charges from them!

These people only care about lining their pockets. Like others said customer service is lacking the cost is outrageous and they charge a credit card I didn’t have on my current profile that I used months ago.

Can’t stop them from taking money. Just took $375.00 out of my account and I have never used this service
