What a shame
When you use apps like OPay, then you realise how mediocre Lit is. What a useless, non functional mobile banking app. You will think that after many years, this app will live up to standard, Nop! It’s the same slow, sluggish and totally unusable app..
OPay, Kuda, and the original First Bank Apps are super good. I will be sticking to these for now.

Very bad
Am really fraustrated using this app. It takes a year or even more to log into your account and the customer supports are not responsive.
This app is not ready to be launched
It’s too slow, I attempted a transfer and I couldn’t even pull up the option to select the account I want to transfer from!
Make first mobile better
I think first bank needs to upgrade their IT tech better than going around to create new app ...
Can’t sign I
Anytime I’m trying to sign in, I get an error message saying oops something went wrong this is on us please try again, why?
Upgrade The First mobile app
I personally think first bank of Nigeria building another app is not a good idea why not upgraded the first mobile app to a better standard instead and all the features in lit added to it and even more features

I got hacked
Somebody hacked my first bank account by opening the lit app, he was able take money out from my account and now I can’t do anything because I don’t have the username
Can not register, NETWORK ISSUES
First time downloading this app, while registering, it says, “we are currently experiencing Network issues, please try again later”. Why such an app will be having network issues for 2days now and you expect us to trust this app with our money??

I’m not sure what the excitement is all about. First Bank of Nigeria clearly wasted funds in building a new mobile app that will do what FirstMobile already does. What’s the Next Gen or Lit Geng factor about LIT if it’s just a carryover of FirstMobile? People are denied access to their bank accounts because they must own a debit card to use the bank’s mobile application. LIT was supposed to take care of this but then, you’d still need a debit card to gain access. So why LIT? Where’s the disruptive financial technology factor in LIT? All the functions listed are typically what FirstMobile can do with regular upgrade and development. Perhaps, you need to check the number of “useless” First Bank mobile apps on App Store which have been abandoned. Where’s the sustainability in banking? Where’s the disruptive technology? You can’t clone an already-existing app, give it a new user interface, and call it Next Gen when you just served a relic. Account holders should be able to gain access to their accounts with a secure username and password. They do not need a debit card to sign up or register. A debit card (number) is not part of their core account (number) details. In fact, a debit card (which can be picked up by anyone) is way less secure to gain access to an account; why is it priority, while account numbers and BVN are relegated? For more than eight months I’ve been going back and forth with FBN to migrate my account to Diaspora Banking; I don’t have access to my account and I can’t sign up for a user name and password to bank online because a bank insisted that one must own a debit card to make transactions. So where’s the innovation in banking? Take cues from other global banks and stop making the lives of your customers stressful.

Why the LIT app when the current firstmobile app can be upgraded to have all the new features. What is the difference. What is the selling point?
