Awful user experience
Frustrating!
Very frustrating app. Just when I had settled into their app, had my preferences worked out, lo, a new app full of glitches. Now it's like am a new customer who has to start entering my details. It sends a code that never arrives. Therefore you can't make any headway. First Bank loves to frustrate and a new app is just a great new way to do so. Otherwise, why not upgrade. So all the information that customers fed in to ease their transactions are so totally lost? And for what? An app that does not enable transactions?

Lagging and stressful
Y’all should fix all these glitches with your new app. OTPs take forever to be sent. The product team needs to rework the entire release

What a shame
When you use apps like OPay, then you realise how mediocre Lit is. What a useless, non functional mobile banking app. You will think that after many years, this app will live up to standard, Nop! It’s the same slow, sluggish and totally unusable app..
OPay, Kuda, and the original First Bank Apps are super good. I will be sticking to these for now.

Very bad
Am really fraustrated using this app. It takes a year or even more to log into your account and the customer supports are not responsive.
This app is not ready to be launched
It’s too slow, I attempted a transfer and I couldn’t even pull up the option to select the account I want to transfer from!
Make first mobile better
I think first bank needs to upgrade their IT tech better than going around to create new app ...
Can’t sign I
Anytime I’m trying to sign in, I get an error message saying oops something went wrong this is on us please try again, why?

I personally think first bank of Nigeria building another app is not a good idea why not upgraded the first mobile app to a better standard instead and all the features in lit added to it and even more features

I downloaded this app trying to sign in it keeps asking for referral number, what referral number do you people expect us to put there?

I got hacked
Somebody hacked my first bank account by opening the lit app, he was able take money out from my account and now I can’t do anything because I don’t have the username
