Absolutely disorganized mess
This app functions like it was designed by a 6 year old who was supposed to have it finished last week and rushed through every process. It is an invasion of privacy and half the functions of the app don’t even work properly. No notes are made visible from management to tenants, requests are documented as completed when issues are never even addressed, and the app seems to be more of a social media hook up site than a tenant based helpful resource. If I wanted to know every neighbor by name, birthdate, zodiac sign and pronoun I would go register for a bumble account. It’s absolutely irrelevant to the tenants and actual problems that may arise or resources made available. Next time spend the extra couple dollars and have a professional create an actual properly functioning app for us to use. Thank you, but no thank you!

Absolute rubbish
It’s just one step above useless.
This app is garbage
My corporate landlord has forced me to adopt a new app, enter in my sensitive bank information, and then it’s 100% broken. Click pay, enter payment account, do the thing, click pay, enter payment account, do the thing, enter payment account, repeat, fail to pay or acknowledge account already entered.
I know making apps is hard. If you are asking for people’s account information, it better work!
