App Login Problem
The colors of Username and Password are disappeared suddenly. Cannot logon to App anymore. Don’t know the reason.

Great app for the we chat software and their support is lightning fast and very helpful. An app update wouldn’t go a miss as it’s quite dated compared to others and not as much functionality as others, apart from that keep up the good work guys 👍🏻
Doesn’t work...
Just loads a blank screen with a logo. No way to login or do anything.

The app works great on my MacBook but it won’t go past the logo screen on my iPhone!
Nothing Happens
Open the app and it’s just a white screen with the Logo. Tried to contact customer services but nothing.
Useless
I installed to my iPhone and it freezes on startup. Tried to delete and reload- same thing.
Useless- I have deleted the app without it ever working. I am surprised that Apple doesn’t quality check apps the don’t work.

The desktop Version works great but this app is a nonfunctional train wreck, shocking they never fixed it
Stupid App
I’ve downloaded it on my iPhone XR and it doesn’t go beyond the logo screen. What’s up with the app?
Poor mobile app
Great app on desktop but The mobile app doesn’t send notifications and you can’t see what the customers is typing until he sends it please work on this features they are very important for mobile use I can’t seat on my desktop whole day

Notification did not work
Notification does not notify you with sound or banner at all unless you unlock your screen, open the app and wait
Seems to work great for me
I saw the rather negative reviews and almost didn’t bother with getting it but as I’d signed up for their desktop version this morning and was hoping for a mobile way to keep chat going when we are out of the office, figured it wouldn’t hurt to try it. So far I’ve been very pleased with it. Only hiccup is that 3G doesn’t work well. Was a passenger today in a rural area chatting and hit 3G area and it quit working. When I did finally get back to LTE, I did notice that the app didn’t keep the previous conversation (or that I can find) but it did immediately reconnect with the client. It’s just day one but so far it’s working just as I hoped it would!

I literally just set this up and my pword is incorrect. But it's not. Why dont u have a way to resubmit
Not iOS compatible
Keyboard pops up over text field and doesn’t allow you to view what your typing and when you touch screen to make it disappear the user stats at bottom of screen prevent clicking to send msg.
