It’s a fake app the just cheat you please don’t apply loan from this app and get scammed
I had taken a medical loan in 2023, and the final (12th) EMI was paid on 10th April 2025. Despite completing all EMIs and fully repaying the loan, the NOC was not issued on time, which has negatively impacted my CIBIL score.
After nearly a year, I noticed this issue and raised multiple requests with the Unofin Lootap customer service team. After more than a month of follow-ups, the NOC was finally shared. However, the loan closure date mentioned in the NOC is 27th March 2026, which is incorrect.
I have raised this discrepancy with the support team and provided all supporting documents, including transaction details clearly showing that the last EMI was paid on 10th April 2025. However, I was informed that they are considering the ticket raised date as the closure date, which is not acceptable.
Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer support, as the responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful.

I have paid my full dues yesterday morning still till now it is not updated. Pls just update that and let me be free from you scammers

Fake and Worst Loan App dont apply loan you will regret sharing your document
applied for a Loan for a medical emergency. The entire process took 2 days for all documents and verification.
It has been 2 weeks Loan was approved but the amount has not been disbursed there is no customer support have to drop mail wait for 48hr to get response and then no help all are system generated.
Looks like this LoanTrap are just collecting document and might do fraud i am going to take appropriate action as applied loan is showing me as active loan but amount not disbursed yet. please do not go with this loan app
