Já fiz 5x minha senha e o aplicativo não abre por não reconhecer meu usuário.

Clunky registration form, once registered an OTP code should be sent via email, never recorded it (neither in spam) , tel support wasn’t helpful
OTP never arrives
Was able to verify my new account but I can’t ever login as the OTP isn’t arriving - the customer services was absolutely useless! What a waste of my time.

Complicado. Ao tentar acessar o app, me enviam o código de 6 dígitos, ao inserir esse código, aparece mensagem de erro.

Estuve en la sala el día viernes en el aeropuerto de Cancún y la señorita que me recibió fue descortés hasta hacerme sentir discriminada, llegué preguntado y estaba atendiendo a un matrimonio y me contestó de mala gana que solo atendían a miembros de Lounge Key mirándome de forma despectiva como si yo no supiera. No es el tipo de trato que dan a todos , si fue por que me vio sola y mi aspecto ? Que mal!!

Quando você perde sua senha e tenta resgatar voce não recebe o email. Fica parecendo que querem que você não utilize os benefícios. Já aconteceu em 2 viagens. Uso por que não tem opção. Já fazem 2 dias que pedi para redefinir a senha e ainda não recebi o email.
