Unprofessional
Not reliable at all! Shipping dates are completely inaccurate. I ordered one dress and was so excited to finally have a place that sold XXS dresses. However, when I ordered from them a second time, I paid extra for priority shipping to have it shipped within the 1-3 business days (since I had a wedding to attend) and it still hasn’t come. It says on USPS that they haven’t even received the item, so I know that it’s not USPS fault. On top of that, I’ve sent emails, DM’s, and live chats to get some answers, or even just a refund, and they aren’t even responding during their business hours. I feel that this is horribly unprofessional and so disappointing.

I bought two dresses for prom with the intention of returning one of them. One of my dresses shipped about a month ago so I knew I wouldn't be able to return it, as I knew the return policy was within 14 days of delivery. After my second dress arrived, I knew I would need to return it. However, after a vigorous search of the website AND the app, there was no option to generate a return label. I reached out to costumer service FOUR SEPERATE TIMES, and never heard a response from a single one. It is now past the 14 days and I am unable to return my dress and am now out 80 dollars, so thank you for that. If I could rate 0 I would!

Don’t buy from this brand terrible customer service. Written multiple times and never got back to me. They haven’t even shipped items paid weeks ago!

Wish I could give them zero stars… this site has beautiful designs but do you ever receive them? No it’s always lost in the mail and they never want to refund you unless you fight teeth and bone for your own money … horrible. I do not recommend
Horrible Customer Service
From someone who has never ever written a negative review of a clothing space let me tell you this was awful. I ordered two dresses on final sale for Valentine’s Day. My package was returned to sender. I asked what the process was to have it resent. They offered a refund and I asked is there another option so I can still get the dresses. They refused to answer. Kept sending the same auto messag. I honestly figured it must be a bot. I asked them to answer my question and was immediately met with a rude response. When I asked to speak to someone else they blocked me. I have screenshots of everything to prove it

Great selection but need more on material description and stretch
The dresses I have ordered on here has been quality and the service is excellent! But each dress could use more description on the stretch and type of material. Otherwise the app is easy to use and navigate for purchases! Would like to see more reviews on each dress too! :)
DO NOT BUY HERE
This company is horrible. They’re an online retailer and will ONLY issue refunds as store credit. They say they accept returns within 14 days and they’ll even pay for shipping and it makes you think ur good to go but at the end of their policy they say “refunds will be issued to store credit.” AWESOME. The likelihood of things not fitting from an online retailer are extremely high so it’s not even worth the hassle if they won’t issue an actual refund when things don’t workout.

I love this website, it gets everything you need in an easily accessible way. However, I wish you could sort by color palettes as well. It would really help with wedding guest shopping, or even just people who know they’re color season
Pretty bad overall
I ordered my dress and it came pretty quick and I like it. However, I accidentally ordered a different dress and cancelled the order immediately. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received any sort of refund for it and the customer service is absolutely horrible and has not been helpful at all. If you want to shop at a reliable place DO NOT order from here

I ordered from here and my Dress was not flattering so I returned it and expected to get my money back but that didn’t happen they say they have store credit but I never received it and ultimately was disappointed I don’t recommend buying from Lucy in the sky

I talked with someone in the live chat asking a question about restock and she was nothing but rude to me. I usually don’t write reviews but her unwillingness to help shocked me.
