What a let down!!
For starters getting what I really wanted required a lot of goes ( eating up too much credits) but then a week ago, in the middle of a project an error message started flagging up saying that the model were no longer available, except for Ray 3.14!!! WITHOUT any WARNING!!! …so I cancelled my sub and thought “well I just side my remaining credits to make pictures! … but then I noticed that the other models are still showing in d UI with the word “upgrade” beside it, so I though it was a glitch, and got an other month sub. ..and GUESS WHAT?? Same problem the models are not available and NOW even Ray3.14 keeps failing generations!! YOU GUYS ARE THIEVES!!👎🏻👎🏻

Nothing Works
I’ve tried every feature and nothing will generate. I tried emailing for help and haven’t had any. At this point I want a refund. It hasn’t even used any credits. It’s just not working
Not worth it
I purchased this app because of the previewed rendering of the art. As soon as I added voices and video via the $30/mo sub, it went down hill. I had to keep reminding the app to keep things consistent. Feels like a full proof way to burn through subscribers credits.
No thank you. Sorry I wasted $30. Canceled same afternoon as subscribed.

Broken
This app is way too hard to use, it used to be way more simple
Not working
Just try this app for the first time and spend like an hour on general running a video that pretty much can I play it? Nothing is working. The app is glitchy and buttons are completely unresponsive.
My card??
Why is it asking for my card it can verify if I’m
legit so many other ways, why would i give my card to a random app!😤

Absolute Rip off
This app doesn’t even work when you sign in it takes you to a web page. Then it asks for your credit card. I tried to create a 15 second video after 2 hours it only created the storyboards no video. Absolutely worthless
Extremely glitchy
I think the quality of the content is fine but the app itself sucks. I have to log in EVERY single time and then I just get an error message after I try to export My content.
Me decepcionó
Me cobró 10 dólares solo por descargar la app no me di cuenta cuando lo vi pensé que era una suscripción intento hacer un video mientras lo va generando lo más barato q me está cobrando son 30 dólares mensuales (no puedo hacer videos)
this app sucks
it creates work for you, but it doesn’t show you to work until you run out of credits so definitely a scam
The Sign in with Apple button is broken
Can’t use the app despite registering on the website and adding card details.
Let down
I was excited about this. I was ok to pay $30/month. Then I download it and try to make a 10 second video out of 5 photos. Used my 10,000 credits in 20 minutes and didn’t even get one video out of it. Then they said no refund because it did what it was supposed to. Total rip off if you ask me. At least I just lost 30 dollars and 30 mi items of my life. Lesson learned.

Sucks can’t even get into the app
It’s so confusing to use on the phone it pops up in Sadie for no reason and sucks at literally everything it does fix your controls unhappy download delete in less than two minutes
Not free
This app won’t even let you try it out for free not even 1 time wantsyou to pay $30 upfront so given us a one star
Don’t bother
First they want an email, then they want a phone number, then they want payment details. All before you can access anything, no thanks.
Subscription cost
Worst app don’t download and cost is higher with no free try video generating without paid
Horrível = Dor de cabeça

Not worth the money
I’m honestly really disappointed with this app. I paid $30 expecting it to help me make real video ads, but the results were bad and not what I asked for. I would tell it to create a video ad, and it either made low-quality ads or just generated pictures instead of an actual useful video. For the price, I expected way better. I don’t recommend this app and I’m not satisfied at all.
