Terrible app

This mask has to be reprogrammed every single night . Has bugs in the software, and is not intuitive to program.

Doesn’t work, refunding the mask

The mask doesn’t connect at all, even after deleting and reinstalling. This is a horrible app / product.

Don’t Buy

First, it’s not worth a trial as they don’t refund the whole thing if you don’t like it. They charge you $40 for the sleep mask part that probably cost them $2 from China.
Second, as others have mentioned, the straps used to keep it secure are insanely bad. They are supposed to partially go over top the ear but this results in bruised ears if you do anything but sleep on your back. There are much more comfortable sleep masks that do not cause pain.
Third, I was never able to get to actually use the features of it due to the pain this caused (tried for two nights but after restless sleep hours in had to get rid of it) the functionality is very jumbled. The app isn’t setup well at all. It feels like you are starting over every time you login. It asks what you want to do and you answer questions then pick a program. But if you want to do something else that might then it tells you there’s already a program and you can combine or delete it. What does combining do? Don’t know as it never says. As far as I can tell, all it does is shine light in your face at certain times that you would be awake. It also asked me if I shined light in my face on my own so it could know if I needed more I guess? Huge waste of money. The positives are probably paid as there aren’t many. Avoid this product and the company. There’s a reason they haven’t posted anything new in months on their blog. They do a once a month update on the application to keep it looking active. But you’ll notice they all just say bug fixes. I was scammed. Don’t be scammed yourself.

Expensive, Uncomfortable, and Not Premium-Feeling

For $299, you get an uncomfortable mask that does not have a premium feel. The string cut into my ears and the mask was not large enough or contoured enough to black out all the light. The app was a confusing mess. I ended up pitching mine in the trash in favor of a silk sleep mask.

Waste of $300

Bought a sleep mask just to find out that not only is the app not available on my new phone due to it not being available on Android, but also that the IOS app crashes itself every time I try to enter a birthday, gender, and eye color, all of which is already irrelevant information to ask for, and has no option to skip. I straight up got scammed out of almost $300. Screw you Lumos. Avoid their products at all costs.
