Do not hard lock an app for a UI software update when the app is used for physical package pickup.

What a horrendous app. They have the option to collect and sell data on by default for all users. How is this not illegal? Really bad and uneducated customer service well. Ask your communities to get rid of this.
This app makes life a little bit worse and you should feel bad for making it
You’ll forget to mark yourself as away for the long weekend, so you’ll get a $5 charge for each package you let sit there, bothering nobody, for one extra day. The app won’t just count this against your allotted late days automatically; it’ll just go straight to charging you. This is a decision made by a person interested in making money more than in improving people’s lives and that is why the world is the way it is.

Inconsistent
When these work they’re great but when they fail it’s a pain. People will be given your code and steal your package. Or when that doesn’t happen you just don’t get a code at all and have no way to get your package because the office staff does not run the Luxor lockers. I’ve had 7 packages go “missing” or stolen because of this. I’d rather just get it brought to my door

Bad customer support
The app forces you to let it track all Bluetooth devices around you then fails to open the locker which is the only point of installing it in the first place. I wish my building didn’t force us to use it.

This pos app doesn’t notify users or the app’s partners w/lockers that they have lost connection and therefore have absolutely no way of retrieving one’s package. Useless customer support. Why is there no override code and/or communication with the carrier that delivered? Luxor sucks. My 1 star review. Is zero stars an option?

This app sucks. It never sends codes, doesn’t work half the time, and now it’s not even downloading for me to get my packages.

UPS says they left the package in the locker but the locker doesn’t seem to know that.
Hate this app
If drivers don’t scan in packages, this app is worthless. I’ve had to throw away 2 shipments of perishable goods; no notification and no code to get in the room.
Unnecessary
Luxer One is an unneeded middleman that adds no value to the package/delivery process. 90% of deliveries do not get entered into the system so I don’t get a code or a notification that I have a package.
Unable to hold package with the app
Not sure what the app is for if we can’t even use it to hold. You have to log into the actual website to be able to place it on hold which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app.

Sometimes the Bluetooth will work. Sometimes the lockers themselves won’t open. I’ll get phantom notifications. Support is awful and takes a long time.

Can’t access the app
Just setting up the app is challenging in my case. To request a 6-digit code be sent to my email then I need to enter that code within 30 seconds? An email can barely be sent in 30 seconds much less retrieved and then entered into the app. Using this is not even an option for me. At least make the timeout to enter the code 5-15 minutes. 30 seconds is not realistic.

Keeps changing my phone number in app so it takes forever to get a code. Always have to ask office for help. This app is horrible!
