Pointless ads
Pop-up ads to get to my door code - what a joke
Flaky and not dependable
Sometimes the Bluetooth will work. Sometimes the lockers themselves won’t open. I’ll get phantom notifications. Support is awful and takes a long time.
Why can’t we just collectively agree to not steal each others packages?!

No customer support
Wait time to get an agent to speak with is 1 hour minimum
So awful
So embarrassing how bad this app is
Your service sucks
Never get the emails it’s worthless, complex. You guys should not be a thing
Can’t access the app
Just setting up the app is challenging in my case. To request a 6-digit code be sent to my email then I need to enter that code within 30 seconds? An email can barely be sent in 30 seconds much less retrieved and then entered into the app. Using this is not even an option for me. At least make the timeout to enter the code 5-15 minutes. 30 seconds is not realistic.

Support-less
If the slightest thing goes wrong you're in trouble because support is nonexistent.
Beyond garbage
If the slightest thing goes wrong your SOL because support is nonexistent.
Awful
Keeps changing my phone number in app so it takes forever to get a code. Always have to ask office for help. This app is horrible!
Horrible app horrible service.
The worst experience using this app
Wrong notification. I got a message but my package's not there when I open the door.
They ended up put it on the side but still able to send a notification that allows me to open the shared door and grab someone else's package (that's the only one in the box)
How to fix?
This app has been forcing me to delete the app from my iPhone and reinstall it every time I need to pick up a package. I don’t even see the package that Amazon says I have until I reinstall the app. Please fix.
Miserable clunky app
There is no way these positive reviews are real. This app is so miserably clunky and slow. It barely works.
Watch app and design refresh would be nice
Great app. Does its work perfectly. However it would be nice if I could open the Locker without having phone with me and just using Watch. Also, the UI seems to be a little bit dated. I think it is a great time to switch to Liquid Glass.
Great Way to Receive Packages
So much easier for a condo than having drivers leave packages just sitting in the lobby area
When our building first got this service, I was running into some notable bugs. Over time those seem to have all been fixed

Pathetic
An advertising tracker, seller, and distributor of your personal data wrapped in a package app. Ads in email notifications, in-app ads. No opt outs. No email opt outs. Unbelievably scummy.
Name keeps changing
Not sure if people have this issue or just me. My name keeps changing in the account details. I keep going back to change and save but it will change it back to someone else’s name. And I can’t get my packages bc my name is not correct. Not happy about this
Do not use this app or service
This app fails to send notifications a package has arrived despite notification setting in the app and on my device all being turned on. This is beneficial for the makers of the app as they can charge me late fees but not useful for me as a tenant and app user.
Awful
Doesn’t allow different people at same address to get codes. Can’t access mailroom without office assistance. Not all packages, like Amazon, initiate codes. No code.. no access!
Good luck
LuxerOne is honestly one of the most frustrating package systems I’ve ever dealt with.
Their system marked my package as received and sent me a pickup notification, which means the package made it into their process somewhere. Then the package simply vanished.
Management tells residents to “contact the seller,” even though the issue clearly happened after delivery and after LuxerOne registered the package internally.
The mail room constantly feels disorganized, support is unhelpful, and nobody seems accountable when packages disappear.
Technology is supposed to improve reliability, not create a black hole between delivery and pickup.
If your apartment uses LuxerOne, good luck.
