Love it
I’ve tried a handful of different apps and this one by far is the best. Nice and simple and synced to my Apple Watch.
Excelente

Need more Exercises demos or animations
I liked the app a lot can you add more modern exercises please rather than just only focus on the ui or functions ?! Thank you.
Terrible - 0/10
This app sucks, total waste of money. Lots of movements not included in the library, and app layout sucks. Do not pay for the premium! I accidentally let it auto subscribe and it charged me for a whole year instead of just a month, which I did not agree to. I reached out to Lyfta’s support, who said I would get a refund if I went through the App Store, which I did. The App Store then denied me and when I reached out Apple told me it was denied based on Liftya’s policies. Feels very scam-y. Don’t trust them!

Helps you get serious and consistent about fitness
This app is a game changer for anyone that hates working out like I did. That’s right, past tense cause I love it now and have been consistent with it for the past 6 months mostly thanks to Lyfta. There is definitely room for improvement though and I think they recognize that. You can submit feature requests in app and their email support is very responsive.
Side note - my inner tech geek would love to see detailed release/patch notes on the App Store page whenever you rollout an update. It aids with transparency so that users can actually look for and appreciate those improvements and bug fixes
