Not satisfied
I get it’s a In-city app but like cmon bro, no rides are available 90% of the time. Baker is a small town so like it shouldn’t be that busy to where no rides are available and you have to wait like an hour for them to come from 5 minutes away.
Very convenient
Any one who rates or complains about this is forgetting the point . Not a lot of cities have this ,this is a blessing for the city of baker . There are gonna be high demand your not the only one who needs a ride . It’s really a great thing

Unreliable
This app is insanely unreliable. I try to book a ride and 90% of the time it’s full. I shouldn’t be having to book a ride ahead of time just to secure a seat. It’s really sad. And to top it off the app canceled my ride at the last minute. Like seriously? Can’t wait until I have my own car so I won’t have to deal with this app. At this point I might as well start using Uber.
