Great app overall

I’m a maintenance tech and this app works SO much better than our previous one. Layout is easy, it’s responsive, and has a much more organized feel to it. My only complaint? If you need to downgrade/upgrade the priority of an existing work order, the AI changes it back to the original priority even if you change it. Not a huge issue, just kind of annoying.

Great potential but app never works

I’m a big fan of the EliseAI products but this maintenance app has been a big disappointment. The other reviews about the app never working are correct. After 5 days of having the app, 3 of those days the app hasn’t worked.

Constant issues

every other day it’s a different problem. gotta uninstall and reinstall just for it to work a day or 2. rinse/repeat. can’t talk to anyone w support. just email. total joke of an app

Great platform

I work for a large property management team and we just rolled this out. Amazing app, offers great insight with our day to day operations, and has an extremely easy interface. It’s also helpful that the Elise Team is extremely communicative, professional, and responsive. I’m very excited to grow further with this platform.

Great App for planning my Work Day

I have been using it for the past 3 months and I feel way more efficient with the work I’m doing. No need to go back to the office and receive a new printout anymore. I can see all work that has been assigned to me from my phone, start the work and complete it all on the go!

Great app! Streamlines my day

My team rolled out the EliseAI maintenance app a few weeks ago. It’s very intuitive to use and streamlines my day. All work orders are there and I can complete inspections without pen / paper or having to take photos saved to my personal photo library. Saves me a ton of time, would recommend

The worst

Is tracking all the time I don’t matter if you close the app still tracking you, you my need to go in system and turn of ones the day is off and turn on the location went you ready to start working , if you leave on is dragging your device battery and tracking your location and websites, Not having privacy on my own phone. If you use the company's phone it's fine who cares but my phone is my privacy. You guys need to work that out

I'm the Product Manager on this app. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns, and we’d like to clarify how tracking works in the app. We only track activity when you are clocked in, never when you’re clocked out. This helps ensure that you can track the time you spend on work accurately and have a clear record if your manager ever asks where you were. The system also automatically clocks you out at the end of your shift, and no tracking occurs unless you are clocked in.
