Ever improving, but still lagging at certain stages. Could be better when the user goes ‘back’ - to amend details etc.
How about incorporating biometric log on for the app?
Also, how about allowing more sophisticated password entries, for greater security?

Honestly the worst airline app
Can’t check in, can’t login. Process for registration is slow and laborious. So much to fix with this app!
Doesn’t allow adding frequent flyer details in app
Very inconvenient check-in process, having a hard time adding frequent flyer details as well as getting boarding pass in app

Almost unusable
As an experienced traveller who works in technology, I have to say trying to sign up to this service was nigh on impossible. It wouldn’t allow use of standard email addresses (reason unknown; no explanation given); then tried using Gmail (didn’t provide option for use of Passkey so had to reset my Gmail account!); then sent various messages to my mobile (some worked and some didn’t, within time limits). Quite astounding. I was wondering if their app had been hacked as it was so bad it seemed hard to believe. For Devs: using iPhone 16; latest iOS; accepted cookies for shell app etc.

Impossible to use
I can’t even to connect to the app at all, and if I connect to the website there is no way to find my ticket. Good thing I have the e-ticket via email.

Worst App
I’m not sure how they make money when the app doesn’t allow purchases. I have been trying to purchase $3000 worth of flight tickets for 2 adults for weeks. First, it did not allow me to purchase for 2 and keep showing price for 1 adult. Then, when I finally have the free time to attempt the purchase again. It doesn’t even allow me to get to payment page. I had all my card details ready, yet they’re so adamant on not taking my money. Never had this much trouble with all other international airlines. Better off spending my money with SIA, always a smooth transaction.

The worst airline app I have ever used. So slow, won’t load, logs you out. No way to contact people
Passport scan problem
Malaysian passport does not separate given name from surname and MAS check in categorises that info under surname. Hence received error message that name does not match booking
