Concept is great, service was poor

The idea of an app where you can book a private bus service is brilliant. You say where you want to go, and it gives a pickup time and a fair price.
Downside is that it only works in a small region of the island, and I had a right carry on. Booked it to arrive at 3:03pm to collect me from the Motor Museum at Jurby. At 3pm I could see that the driver was already halfway back to Ramsey. They still drove to the destination I’d asked to be dropped off too but with nobody onboard! I then got a receipt email saying that they’d arrived at 2:51pm and set off straight away instead of waiting until collection time.
That needs sorting out!

Poor design

Large proportion of target audience have vision impairment, so why use such a small font size.
Time and date fields do not give any indication they are scrollable.
Algorithm struggles to schedule a ride.
Regular experience of selecting Departing now will tell you no vehicle available. But swap to arrive by option and vehicle available in five minutes.
