App is garbage
Every time you try to use the app there is an error. You try to change your password and it says password not reset or can’t use old password. Just call because this app is worthless. If I could give no stars I would.
This app is ok but has an issue that needs to be fixed
This app will let you check your appointment times,send messages to The Doctor, but will not let you ask for a refill on any prescriptions or medication’s. You either have to call, go in person or send a direct message.

Not a single time have I not encountered some form of inconvenience when “attempting “ to use this app. Whether it’s logging in, scheduling, prescriptions refill, etc, the app fails to work and is downright AWFUL

I’m on an updated phone and iOS and the app never makes it past the loading screen, even after deleting and reinstalling it.
Crashed
Used for one day. On the 2nd day it crashed and won’t open.
Garbage
I have to use this app for my Dr. it’s terrible, never loads, info or runs correctly.

Im a working medical professional, I use this app for my own medical scheduling, this is the worst medical system I’ve ever used.
It doesn’t allow me to book my own appointments. I can’t respond to my providers in the app. The two most important parts of any medical app.

Can’t get past the account link screen. Everything is correct but the Next button is greyed out.
Horrible App
I-Phone user. The app screen freezes EVERY TIME and prevents you from doing anything on it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Days & weeks between uses and still, the same error. Continue to use the website & save space on your phone. Needs major development.

Is it that tough for the app to either remember passwords or use FaceID to log in?
Stuck
Logged in just fine, declined the walk through, but now stuck on pop up stating evisits now available. It won’t let me exit out.
Terrible app
App doesn't work. there are buttons that simply cannot be pressed and it did not let me sign up. Thanks for nothing but a waste of my time.
Still need biometric login
Back in May of ‘25 one of the reviews had a comment from the developer that they were working hard on biometric login. It’s 2026 and we are still waiting.

I have to login to the app every time I open it. It won’t save my password nor is it set up for facial recognition. What decade is this?!?
