Doesn't work!
I used MARLO last year to order contacts for me and my daughters and it was seamless. Now, here we are ordering a year later and every time I log in, it deletes two of the three members of my family. I can't just order what I need to order! This app used to work but has now made such a mess of trying to order my family's contacts. It is garbage! Don't use it- just order through your eye doctor. Much easier!!

Doesn’t function the best
App is slow and doesn’t work half the time. I have started to just call my eye doctor to place the order for me
Can’t sign up without agreeing to texts
I tried to activate my account, and it wouldn’t let me proceed with sign up unless I agreed to receive their promotional text spam. Never seen this before from any company.
Worse place to order contacts
They can take weeks to process your order
No Longer Accepting Orders Through Patient Portal?
Yeah, I need to order more contacts but it keeps saying the app will no longer allow ordering through the patient portal. Is this a glitch?
