About
Marram is a calm, private diary card for Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Track emotions, urges and DBT skills between sessions in about 30 seconds, and bring a clear weekly card to your therapist.
Marram is named after the dune grass planted to hold shifting sand steady: skills that hold you through the storm.
LOG IN SECONDS
• Tap how you feel and set the intensity from 0 to 10. That's enough.
• Add urges, the skills you used and a note only when you want to.
• Track your own target behaviors under private labels only you understand.
• Dictate a note instead of typing.
SEE YOUR PATTERNS
• Your month in color: each day tinted by the emotion that led it.
• Urges ridden out, skills used and which DBT modules you lean on.
• Emotion trends over a week, a month, three months or a custom range.
• Mark whether a skill helped, and see what actually works for you.
BRING IT TO THERAPY
• A weekly diary card as a PDF, laid out like the paper card, ready to share with your therapist.
• A short chain-analysis walkthrough when you acted on an urge.
ANCHOR: HELP IN ONE TAP
• Breathe with a slow, steady circle.
• Step-by-step distress tolerance for riding out an urge.
• Crisis lines: find a helpline in your country, plus 988 and Crisis Text Line in the US.
Anchor is never behind a paywall.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your diary lives only on your phone.
• No analytics and no ads. We never see your data.
• Optional Face ID lock.
• Export everything as JSON or CSV, or erase it all, any time.
GENTLE, NEVER JUDGING
No streaks to break, no scores for your mental health. A missed day is just a missed day.
Available in English, Ukrainian (beta) and Russian (beta).
Marram supports your therapy. It does not replace it, and it is not a medical device. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

— Pick which week the therapist card covers, not just the current one. Each week shows how much is in it, so you don't hand over a near-empty card.
