Refund received, but what an ordeal.
Refund eventually received, but extremely poor experience. My ₹27,570 refund was initially withheld even though the return had been collected, delivered and accepted in Massimo Dutti’s own system. It took repeated emails, calls and considerable effort to get the money back. I’m glad the matter was finally resolved, but customers should not have to fight this hard for a legitimate refund. Very disappointing experience from an Inditex brand.
