little usefulness
I have been a MassMutual client for years, always with the hope that eventually they would get their online offerings to work. But they continue to offer the worst online interface in the financial sector.
Currently trying to enroll in paperless, but you can’t display the entirety of the consent form and therefore can’t enroll.

Broken
I tried logging in today to pay Bill that should’ve paid automatically and the app has my bank account info, but does not acknowledge that I have any insurance even though I have two policies. They have no after hours support so I have to wait three days to call someone to make a payment that I should’ve been able to do on this app.

Stupid Loop
When trying to get into the app to pay my large bill, I got stuck in a recaptcha loop that was never ending. Very annoying

Just updated 3/19/26 IPhone app will not let you get beyond user id and password error but same work on windows computer fix this
Timing out
The app continually times out and crashes, preventing logging in or paying bills.
Horrible system
I downloaded this app for the first time because I have an event coming up, and despite knowing my email and password, the app insists it’s the wrong username or password. Fix your broken system that can’t even let users in.
Easy to Use
I just downloaded the app and found it intuitive and easy to use. I did not have to search for anything, it was all at my fingertips!

Can’t get app to work
I keep trying to sign in and it keeps saying system error . Call if it persists. If I wanted to call I would do that instead of trying to use the app .
Unable to see Capital Vantage balance
The app is poorly designed as it fails to display the balance of the Capital Vantage Annuity. Nobody at MassMutual is able to fix the issue. Nobody understands why this error happens. After more than 8 calls the issue persists. I give up. Looking now how to transfer all my accounts to another institution.

The app does not allow more than one family member to login and manage the account.
Many banks credit cards allow more than one phone number to for 2 step verification so a spouse or designated person can manage the account (link to finance tracking accounts or pay bill etc). Mass mutual does not. Enabling a passkey would also be more service and helpful
Can’t use this app for Annuity
After multiple attempts to login to my account I finally found out the app doesn’t work for Annunity accounts. Pretty weak if you ask me.

Disappointed
Since the update this app never opens on my phone anymore. Keeps going to login , and once I log in it tells me information is unavailable and suggests I use the phone app. Ugh.
