Useless App

Immediately have to try to find your "club" by name. No idea. Make it just connect easily to the device you're using -- it's not that hard! Clearly you've chosen not to innovate.

App doesn’t work

As soon as this app loads it asks you to put in a gym code. I asked my gym, they didn’t have one, they asked the repair rep, they had never heard of one! I sent a text message via the internet to Johnson and heard nothing back either by phone number or email. I don’t recommend this app!!! This is my first comment ever on any app! That should tell you something!!

Requires a Code

Asks for a code from the start, no one knows what it is. Why can’t we just use the app with the machines, it doesn’t have to verified

No code no entry

I saw the review from three years ago and thought it best to try anyway. Assumed an update could have come. It has not. You require that gym code to use this app. Oh well. Guess I’ll be a guest forever.

fix for private use

useless with your own treadmill

This app is pretty much useless

You will need a club code to login and if you use their machines at your home you cant create your own code to use it. Unless they add a feature where you can create one than this app is pretty much useless.

Useless

Gym I go to doesn’t have a code. I don’t have a code. So there’s no way of checking any info input.

Worthless

App does nothing. No function. Worthless.

U wot?

I have a gym at the apartment I live in… have put in address and asked the owners what to do… nothing can’t log in, can’t use

And this is developed for EGYM ??

Useless. Can’t connect at all !

Useless

Went to my gym to get the requested gym code from the app and was told they didn’t know what code the app was requesting, this app is a waste of time

Very worthless

Even if you do figure out the club code thing, you can’t do much in the app. I was really hoping to build a couple cardio workouts that I can save to the machines at my ymca. You can’t do that.
It’s amazing to me that a group of individuals set around the table and put money into a worthless app, and then they actually update the app to make it worse. I would love to talk to the person in charge of this and use them as a bad example in my company trainings.

Useless

Asks for code from my club but this for my home gym. I paid nearly £4000 for my matrix 30 and still trying to work out how to get a training app to work and decide which app to use. Support from matrix to get best from machine is non existent. Pathetic. Such a shame. Grrrrrr

Don’t get it

Won’t let me login in keeps asking for brand code. Stupid

Useless

My club doesn’t have a “brand code” for me to enter so I can’t use the app at all as the code is the first screen that opens and it can’t be bypassed. What an absolute garbage app.

Useless - trash

Can’t connect headphones Bluetooth my brain this app stinks the connection options blah blah code this that this that don’t even waste your time this app & equipment connection is trash

Worthless App

How do you make it so hard to connect to a random piece of gym equipment? Zero chance I'll ever buy a product of yours.

App is not usable.

Requires a facility code that no one at the facility knows anything about. I signed up for a matrix account on the MMI on one of the machine I was using at a facility that has dozens of Matrix cycling and hiking machines. I forgot my sign on pin. I attempted several times and was unsuccessful logging in so I tried creating a new account and the machine would not allow me to because either my phone or email was already used. So I have brought this up to facility managers and they couldn’t help. I received an email from matrix stating that my account was locked because of unsuccessful logins and that I should use the app to reset my login pin. So I downloaded this app and the first slash screen asks for a facility name or code. I was never issued any of this information nor does anyone at the facility knows of it. I workout at the Irsay YMCA near downtown Indianapolis, IN and am not too excited about the privacy of the app when the network seem so disconnected.

App doesn’t work

Can’t get to facility code anywhere. Tried to email them and customer service was useless.

This app has the potential to be amazing

I have the same issue everyone else has with the app requiring a code, and after hours of researching for how to figure out the code I have no luck, I looked on line, looked at the Matrix website, looked through the settings in the machine and no luck.

The issue is that this app has been designed as a software for personal trainers to track their clients and honestly I sure that registering a club on this app wouldn’t be easy for personal trainers. However by making it exclusively for personal trainers they loose the individuals like me who just go to the gym on their own or individuals that have their own machines. If this app were to be tailored to the individuals with the ability to join a club or even create one then then it would make people more invested in this app and in the matrix products.
