Extremely Unprofessional Video Consultation Service
Very poor experience with Max Hospital’s video consultation. Paid ₹2000 upfront within 30 minutes as required, but the doctor never joined. Even after rescheduling the consultation, the doctor again did not join.
No communication, no update, and no accountability. Highly unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money. Be cautious before using their online consultation service.

Warning! Pathetic Hospital
All positive reviews for this app are paid and fake for sure. It could not have been a worse and more misleading experience. We booked an appointment with a Gastroenterologist due to an emergency. My wife was having an extreme stomach pain. We reached the hospital well before time. But after roaming around for 30-35 minutes - the staff kept sending us here there. We were made to stand in queues despite a prior booking. But after waiting in queue for 15 minutes they told us again that we’re on the wrong floor and in the wrong building. The staff had no idea where the Dr was and was rude to us when we raised that as a concern. Finally we cancelled our appointment and rushed to another hospital where we got immediate support. Can’t emphasize how horrible the experience was.

Payment Options
UPI payment requires UPI app to be on the same phone. Makes is difficult to help others with booking payment.
Not a great experience
The app is easy enough to navigate but beware that they will cancel your appointmenT even after youve paid up front.
My apppointment was cancelled at the last minute and I was not informed about it. I only found out because I glances at the appointment details one last time before departing.
Also, their payment portal clearly has issues.

Payment link “pay now” option does not work
I booked OPD appointment with a doctor, I was asked to download the app and make payment to avoid queue, however I could not payment online, as there is no option to make payment, called customer support multiple times, but they could not help either.
To cancel Appt at Max
Quite sometime back an option to cancel appt was already provided in the msg received which was very convenient .
But now one has to call again to do so .
Kindly review this and request to revert to the previous option please.

Unable to edit profile
I wanted to update my email ID on the app. The app has section for updating it but it does not work.
Not able to sign up
Unable to tap the icon to change the area code for the mobile number. It’s STUCK at +91 instead of +1 for US mobile numbers.
Some features totally broken
The otp feature just doesn't work! Have tried umpteen times to add an existing max id profile and the app says it's sent an otp to the associated mobile number but the otp just doesn't come. Extremely frustrating
Very convenient app
This is one of the most convenient medical app i have ever used so far.
Very disappointed
Made an appointment, they took around 3k, didn’t get treatment well, visit for check-up, charged the same amount again, had to wait for doctor for 2-3 hours as well, if we have to wait, why spend so much money, AIIMS is better.
Missing data
All my old records have gone missing in the new app- now way to locate and link. Old id not being recognised. What a useless app
Not able to do Lab test booking
When I try to book a lab test through this app and I book a slot for home visit it gives an exception “http exception” and does not allow to book the test.
