Can’t log in & I have an account
Can’t ever log in to the app. I have an account too. I can only use the website.
Buggy app. Too hard to see what movies are coming soon. Stupid seat policy.
This app has multiple issues. It consistently kicks me out when I go to pay then blocks out the seats I wanted until they timeout and I have to start over. If it happens when using mayamas tickets it will take the tickets off my account but not give me an actual ticket. Have had to talk to customer service in person to get the rewards tickets back.
When new movies are coming out in a couple days and you click on movies it won’t include them in the options to choose from to buy tickets. You have to go to coming soon and find them there to purchase tickets even though they should be part of what is already available for the coming week. It is a pain and is probably hurting their business if people think they aren’t showing the “new” movie of the week that starts on Friday when it isn’t on the list of regular choices.
Also it is next to impossible to find the runtime of the movies. There is a weird roundabout way to do it but it is convoluted and every time I can’t remember how I did it the last time. I usually have to go to Fandango or IMDB to find out.
The app will not let you chose seats that will leave one seat vacant next to you. So even in a basically empty theatre if you want to put a one seat gap between you and a person next to you but that would leave an empty seat on the aisle it won’t let you do it. Stupid. Maybe require that if the theatre is 75% full. It makes no sense when there are plenty of seats available. People want to be comfortable.
Despite all these issues Maya is still my go-to theatre and I love the rewards program. Just fix your app!!

Great theatre, app needs help
I see reviews dating over 2 years ago saying this app needs help and here I am, saying it again. The add your ticket to your apple wallet button doesn’t work and it DRIVES me nuts. Listen to the people and update this app.

There are a few things about this app that really need fixing. The first is that I was unable to book 8 seats together in a showing with 9 seats across because it said I couldn’t leave a gap seat. I am also unable to book a single seat when there are only two seats together for the same reason. Please fix this!!! The second thing is that there is no separate movie tab to check the list of upcoming movies with the runtime, rating, and trailer. If it’s not one of the movies showing up on the home tab, I have to use another theatre’s app to check the rating and runtime. The last thing is that whenever I am listening to music and open the app, it stops my music from playing. Since the app doesn’t seem to even be able to play a trailer, not sure why it would be set up to stop my music from playing. None of the other theatre apps I use do this.

This is my go-to theatre. They have many screens and a good selection of big movies as well as some independent smaller films and a decent concessions menu.
Their Maya!Mas subscription is a great deal, especially for 6 movies/month and they are the only theatre I know of that rolls over unused movie tickets and allows you to purchase tickets for other people using the subscription tickets.

Useless app
What’s the point of an app that you cannot access?! No matter what I try it refuses to allow me to sign in saying my credentials are incorrect. Useless.
Will not allow me to only buy seats I need
The app was not at all good before. Not great now. You cannot buy the seats you need. They force you to buy an extra if it leaves a single seat, as if this is my responsibility. Also, you used to be able to order food on the app, and I cannot find where to do that here. Super irritating, especially with kids. This is probably my last time with the app and at this theater.

Never works
Always says account not recognized, it works when it wants to I double check everything is correct and never works
Seat selection still an issues
The app looks a lot nicer than previously, but they still have a couple bugs to work out. Primarily, seat, selection issues. When there are three open seats between taken seats, you can’t select just two seats even though they’re only two of you going to the theater, the app says you cannot leave an empty single seat, however, they’re only two of us and I don’t want to buy three tickets for two people. App needs to lift this restriction

I keep getting logged out
Every time try to make a purchase, on the pay page my app crashes and my maya mas tickets take like 10 minutes to reload. I've tried to delete it and redownload but ever since the new update I can only order my tickets on the web. I still love the theater but kinda annoying
No star for this app
The old app worked just fine before the made me update it. The problem no is that I can’t even use the app because can’t login to it. I was redirected to the web when asked to change the password I changed my password. Went back to the app with my new password and it didn’t work. New passwords need to be directed back to the app!

Trouble with log in
Before whatever update, the app worked wonderfully. I had no issues. But for last couple of weeks the app will not allow me to log in. I have changed my password twice. Would love to get in contact with customer service or technical support to solve this issue.
Invalid Credentials?
App worked fine but with this recent update it logged me out and every time I try to log in it says invalid credentials. I tried redownloading the app and still nothing. I reset my password and it didn’t help. I tried to create a new User but I can’t be u my phone number is already in use.It’s very frustrating because I don’t have any other phone number to use and I have the right info it’s just that the app won’t let me log in!

Update big bug
New update logged me out now it says I don’t have the right credentials. So now I can’t access any of my rewards/points.
Horrible update on the app!
The new version logged me out and now to log back in I’m having trouble. It says I have invalid credentials and will not let me access the app.
Issues with logging in
Updated version will not allow me to log in and view my purchases
Trash update and service.
Can’t login because the email that needs to get verified never gets sent and of course they don’t reply to their customer support email either.

I hate this update WTH happened to my tickets, I also took a screenshot so hopefully they take that but no word back from any customer service rep for 3 days
It does not let me log in
I used to love the app but ever since it got updated I put my information and it says to verify my email and I don’t receive any email at all. I check my spam and junk mail and nothing. Fix this and it will be amazing!
Broken app, broken promises
No longer can I access my account. My tickets for upcoming films, or my tickets from maya mas. Their contact us form on their website still has yet to reply.
