Paid for the plan and my phone won’t recognize it. No customer support. I have latest iPhone and iOS
Cannot recommend enough
I was a total tech phobe newbie to the concept of esims. Single mum taking four teenagers to Morocco and believed the reviews so decided on Maya for both price and the unlimited data. It seemed to good to be true, which did unnerve me slightly.
I downloaded the first to my own phone and it was easy. I then tried to download a second to add to my youngest’s phone and got into bother. Contacted customer service, spoke to an actual person over WhatsApp and they walked me though my mistake and rectified it. Really great customer service meant I had confidence adding the other three packages.
Landed and they just worked! Exactly as promised, no fuss, no stress and speedy connection.
There is a cap to the unlimited data…..I have teens who have managed to blow it a couple of times, but frankly it’s like a second parent managing screen time!
It refreshes the next day and all is fine again.
Being able to stay in contact on a sprawling resort, feeling confident they can also reach me if needed is priceless. ……..and compared to other providers it’s SO much cheaper.
I was toying with just getting a couple and relying on tethering…..but at this price I’ve put an eSIM on all our phones for no more money and I can already see the advantages.
It’s literally made my holiday more relaxing.
