My friend and I both started a 30 day unlimited international eSIM with maya mobile. Our sims both stopped working at the same time (about a week in to the trip) and we reached out to the maya team. I did everything they said, then they told me they’re going to escalate the matter. Since then they have completely ghosted us. Will not respond to any of our messages. I have had to buy another SIM card from another company. Extremely disappointing. Didn’t know companies were still scamming people like this.

Excellent Service easy to set up and great signal. I paid twice by mistake and Maya refunded instantly would defo recommend. I’ve since used again.

Download problems
I’ve tried Maya Mobile twice and both times had glitches with downloading. First time they tried online support for an hour but it was so bad that they issued a full refund. Second time I couldn’t download and they said it would happen automatically when I arrived overseas. It remains to be seen.

cum era înainte să îți poți alege tu țările era mai ieftin financiar.
Am găsit alta mai ieftină și îmi pot alege eu exact cat GB și câte zile doresc.
