They refused my request to refinance this very high car note
I feel stuck with a car that not only has left my children and I stranded but Mazda finance did nothing to help. And even with trying to refinance because I bought my car .. at the dealership it’s all just sucks

I sent auto payments and it took a long time for it to process, so long I was 10-20 bucks short on funds. This happened a few times so now I have to call and deal with a 10 mintue automated phone call to make a payment with my debit card. Worst financial experience I have had in my life. I also will not be able to set up auto payments in the future. Mfs sucks

Easy to use and track payments
I use the app monthly and it is so easy to use. My amount owed is right there when I open the app, and I don’t. Red to try and search around to find what I’m looking for. They even added a new line to pay money on the principal owed. I use a different app for another car I pay for and it is nowhere near as user friendly.

Used to be able to make partial payments and now that feature has been removed.

App wasn't showing correct information for pay date
The app was showing my next pay date as July 14, 2026 with a due balance. This was two days ago. Now today I get a late notice. I wasn’t able to pay the monthly bill. In the monthly bill was showing NaN on the web site. In the app it was blank and would not allow you to put in the dollar amount. The custom field was blank, but anytime you put in any dollar amount that was a red era. This happened on the website and in the Mazda financial service

Mazda Is A Scam!
The app is as lousy as the car and the financial app is even worse. Never do business with Mazda, ever. Total scam artists from start to finish!
Recurring payments
I keep trying to make reoccurring payments. It says that it doesn’t and then it tells me I missed the payment.
Never works when you need it to
The company keeps good track of your auto payments, and you can pay online from the app. Or at least, you would be able to if the app ever worked. Online and the app are often down, and frequently after hours — the only time most folks have time to sit down and review their own loan. The system is down now (Monday evening) and has been down Thursday through Sunday to boot. I wish I didn’t have to practically take a PTO day just to view inside the app.

Mazda is a really good company and on top of that I like that they are proactive with they are customers. I highly recommend people to use their app and go through their bank.
Horrible for payments
This app is horribly inaccurate and buggy. There are times where you can successfully login, and other times it gives you an error message saying your account cannot be found or there's some mistake. How can a company this big have such a horrible website and app login experience that doesn't allow you to pay for your car payment? Technology has improved way too much for an app like this for a company this big to be this buggy.

Truly the worst app on my phone
If this was the end of the year superlative ceremony, the Mazda Financial Services App would win “app most likely to malfunction”. I’ve never had to force myself to give up hope on an app more often than this one. The number of times that I find myself checking for an update, only to realize that an update does not exist, far exceeds the number of times I can actually open the app and use it. I’ve reached a point at which I’m now surprised when the app works. I have nightmares about missing a payment because the app is malfunctioning. I appreciate that, when working, it shows me how much money I owe and allows me to make payments. I really love that I can now make principle only payments through the app….like truly my favorite thing about this app. I just wish it was operational more often. I don’t need perfection, but slightly better would suffice. Even like 50% functional would be nice. Chances are if it doesn’t work today, it might work tomorrow, but for sure in three-four business days, you’ll be able to set a payment. I’ve certainly learned to not wait until the last moment to set a payment through Mazda. Chances are the app won’t be working that day….and it probably won’t be working the next day either lol

Convenient
Very easy to use and UI is friendly. However, if you need to change your address I would recommend using the website from laptop/desktop.
Dates changed
I hate when you want to make a payment on a certain date BEFORE midnight on an weekend and it makes you go into the following week!
