Worst app on my phone

Terrible design and frequently doesn’t work and gives an error message that there’s an error on Mazda’s end. Well no kidding! Face ID doesn’t even work consistently y. By far the worst app on my iPhone, with ZERO technical support available on weekends. I guess Toyota and Mazda aren’t big enough to be able to afford a decent app for their customers.

Multiple account

Need to be able to use one log in for multiple accounts. Much easier then just select the car to pay each month

They refused my request to refinance this very high car note

I feel stuck with a car that not only has left my children and I stranded but Mazda finance did nothing to help. And even with trying to refinance because I bought my car .. at the dealership it’s all just sucks
