Waste banking app ever
The app is overly complex. Even for a simple transfer, it requires going through three steps. Loading existing payees takes more than a minute, which is frustrating. It feels like the app was launched without proper testing.
The payee addition process is also very poorly designed. While adding a payee, there are three payment options to choose from. If you select “Pay Later,” the RTGS option gets disabled by default, and you are unable to proceed with adding the payee.
Overall, the app experience is disappointing. It seems like there was little to no testing before launch, and the development quality is not up to standard.

Good to have banking App
The upgraded app is better than the previous ones. It has many features with good design just like any modern fintech app. I like the way deposit can be created with high rate of interest.

It took 3-4 attempts to register, view all on products goes to a web page and from there no way to come back, deposits screen stuck at loading. 1.0 is better.

I am bandhan bank savings bank user and not using any debit or credit card but this app doesn’t allow me to login as I don’t have credit or debit card? There should be a option of internet banking login id and password. There should be a option to allow user login without debit or credit card details

Poor Quality
BAndhan Bank should learn from the Banking Sector how other’s mobile banking App works. mBandhan 2.0 is new version and auto update should have been provisioned when one opens the old version. Sheer wastage of time when you need to re- register your device, enter all your Customer credentials again for mBandhan 2 to function. This is not the way SBI, Standard Chartered Bank, Axis Bank functions and these banks release new versions frequently for security reasons.
