Failed Transactions and Terrible Service
Absolutely terrible banking app. IMPS and NEFT transactions get rejected after waiting for 2 days, which is completely unacceptable for a banking service. The app is unreliable, frustrating, and a waste of time. Poor performance, poor service, and a horrible user experience. This app fails at the most basic banking functions and urgently needs major improvements.
What makes the experience even worse is that customer care and branch staff seem to have no knowledge of how to resolve these problems.

Cheque book issued
Cheque book request not working on updated app please solve this major problem thank you
Overall worst app and experience
It took more than 1 year to get registration done and now that i can “login” my existing features like upi id was erased. Support team says raise request from app and app says contact support. Similarly lots of mutating loops. Extremely poor design and support. Support team cannot understand issue, let alone solving it. Avoid this one.

Worst app ever
It’s really difficult. IndusInd by their extra ordinary zeal to keep updating the business app have left lot of loop holes in it. Each time you update it, I have to visit the bank. I am really troubled by Indie Business app updations … had to visit nearest branch thrice and even now I will have to go. Both my bank accounts are not visible now because of a stupid update.

Upi payments not there
I am a customer of eight banks, but this app is not even user-friendly. Lot of time. I have to sit and search for each options where to go. The navigation is very bad
