DINE-IN Options Removed?
Upon latest update of tha app we can see the Dine In option is removed from the app. Can we ask why the Dine-In Option is removed from the app? Neither, It was mentioned in the release notes nor there's any notification/pop up in app giving customers the reason for removal?

I’m happy to share my experience from today. I had ordered a combo of two tote bags, but initially received only one. When I reported the issue through the MCD app, the response was incredibly prompt.
Navya took immediate ownership of the concern and ensured that the pending tote bag was shipped the very same day—even at 11:00 PM on a Saturday. Special thanks as well to Shiva for personally delivering the item, and to Shashidar for coordinating the entire process smoothly.
This level of responsiveness and dedication truly reflects top-notch service from MCD. Kudos to the BSK team for going above and beyond. Wishing you all a happy weekend and happy eating!

No option to contact either customer care or Store phone number is not out of order
Although I am using the app to order but there’s no number to contact the customer care and the number provided by store is out of order. #*Bengaluru Bhartiya City Mall store*
Everytime, when I am ordering coke after mentioning in delivery note as well that I don’t want ICE in my cold drink they put lots of Ice in cold drink and after having this much ice it taste like I am drinking water having coke flavour.

Guilted by delivery person into tipping him
The delivery guy asked me to tip him. I told him that tipping is optional and I already paid 40 rupees driving charge. He kept on asking to tip him and I had to tip him out of guilt. Please hire professional people or pay your people money. This is not a good behaviour from employees working in such a big and reputed corporation. I would refrain from ordering delivery from Mc Donalds. I was already ripped off of extra coz the fries and mc swirl was already 15-20 extra as you are selling at your store plus I paid extra 40 rupee charge and tipped your delivery guy out of guilt. So disappointed in this joint. Never expected such a rip off from my childhood favourite place.

I live in mumbai powai near iit where most of prople stay away from colleges whenever i get hungry i try to see throug this app and it says it does not deliver to this adress whereas swiggy and zomato delivers mcd in 20-30 min they why you have issue in devering here and it it not my problem only this is the problem of many of friends sometimes we have to custumise but those options we don’t get in swiggy zomato so we skipp mcd and try order through different even burger king delivers then why do you have issue delivering

Bad delivery
Two times in a row had a bad experience with the deliver once it came in plastic bags with paper bags torn and no ketchup the deliver person himself said madam accept this order and write a review had to throw away the full order as the delivery agent had spilled on the floor.
Second time the delivery agent called for address and was shouting for no reason saying the voice is not clear whereas I upfrontly called him and updated the details

Worst service
Never order food from this app. they don’t even give importance to deliver your order. i placed an order at 8 55 pm and the order got accepted after more than an hour!!! If i ordered the same from swiggy or zomato , i would have received the order in less than half an hour. And you can’t report or get help from the app. it’s basically useless and a great app to lose your money when you pay online. it gets stuck at times. Just don’t order from this app if you don’t want to lose your money and patience.

Latest update has A lot of Bugs
I used macd app lot often recent app update is third class Menu won’t work, just loading I scroll down automatically it’s gone from start, and app looks so messy before one is so simple book and deliver hassle free now I can’t order on macd I order from zometo or swiggy or I can’t order because they charge me delivery charges which I won’t have to pay on macd app, try to improve on app won’t update if it’s not required.

Its a big scam they are doing too loot money
I have ordered meal from the app after sometime store people called me to cancel the order just because they don't have delivery person after that i asked about refund they said u will get it back within a day but after mailing to mc Donalds support team they replied to wait for a week now its 2week still they have not refunded my money its a big scam shame on u guys keep my money with u and by some cloths for the owner if u guys want money just ask or beg but don't do fraud like this very worst experience till now

Himalaya mall outlet Ahmedabad
Pathetic service uneducated staff always out of delivery person. They are operating with only one delivery person always every month their store manager is changing first they provide their number for any help and next time when you call they have resigned from the store. this outlet is in centre and one of the remote area in city still have very bad overall services from in store to delivery sometimes send cool food. Increase more outlet in the area who are willing to work. Bad management

Insane/ false System
At MC D outlet(Agora Business Park, Borivali), a designated MC D delivery person stands at take away counter Mr Anand Jaiswal proclaims the Take away until 1.30 am only Wherelse on app it shows 2.00 am. By this way he motivates the standing customers at the take away counter to Deliver (so that he can earn delivery charges by asking customer to select the same location only I.e Agora Business Park so in a wat Customer Cokes to your Outlet and paus extra 50 rs to get it im form on delivery and not take away. This is insane and ridicules way MC D is generating money. Hell with your such system of bribery.

Worst service. Need refund.
It’s been over an hour and I have not received my order. The delivery distance from my house is only 750 meters. No one is picking the call at the number given. I want my entire money back.
Very pathetic and bad experience
On your App cheese lava Mc veg shows ingredients that lettuce is there and when I speak to the Akshay Sanjay Pujari he denies that it doesn’t contain lettuce and kept on arguing with me.. He also said the website is displaying incorrect ingredients so that means Mc Donald is fooling customers and they are not giving what is mentioned in the receipt.. This is how you treat and provide service.. Akshay was absolutely rude and not accepting lettuce comes in it.. not even little was not added.. please let me know where else you want me to post this complaint

Don’t order from their app they take their sweet time to deliver… better order from Zomato it will be delievered quicker. I order at 1:15 and it’s 2:14 and they have just dispatched it as I am writing this review.
Worst customer service from mcdonalds adyar
I ordered from mcdelivery app from mcdonalds adyar chennai branch on 16 October. I didn't receive my order till 30 mins so i called the store to which they replied that due to some technical issue my order couldn't be delivered but they didn't call me to tell the same. So they cancelled my order but I didn't receive my refund to whicb when i called them and on being asked by store manager sent my order details and transaction id. Its been 20 days but still I haven't received my refund and on top of that there is no customer service and store number is also not reachable. Most pathetic customer service i have ever come through.

Pros: Ordering through app will give you some offers and discounts
Cons: Won’t show expected or current delivery times. This is especially important as some stores may have less delivery folks available when compared to other food delivery apps leading to delays. The UI is also not great.
Overall: If not in a hurry, you should prefer to order from Swiggy or Zomato as the delivery is more reliable but the cost will be higher.
