No consistency & Incorrect
When trying to use the front door app to lock, tries to lock according to the app even when a full signal is shown on my telephone but doesn’t even after trying 3 times. Has been unreliable since the day we moved in how long we been in the house four years ago. I can literally search through my momma purse and all the junk to find my actual front door key to lock it faster and know that it’s actually locked.Tried getting it fixed and was told we are in a bad area of coverage. When we contacted customer service to end our contract, we were told we owe like $7,000 worth of free equipment that doesn’t work properly and hasn’t ever. There is the one time that they called the fire department when we were changing batteries in the smoke alarms, however have never contacted us when the fire alarms go off with cooking smoke which happens easily from cooking. The amount of disappointment for a service of practically nothing is inexcusable.

These smart craps etc
It has been more than hour that I have not yet figured out how to sign in on m.con…. App. It gives only an option of entering username and password, incompetent enough to realize that what about those who need to register for the first time. After couple of hours you will find out that oh! It needs the same username and password that you made for Resideo/First Alert app. Now at this point you will think that Bingo I got it but even that won’t let you sign in. Whose software idea is this anyways ? Lets not talk about thermostats not getting connected to your phone Resideo app after creating a separate 2.4Ghz band from home WiFi. What a stubborn thermostat it is that Ai made me walk through every step and it still wouldn’t connect. 4 different techs from resideo support chat in the whole week didn’t figure out what it won’t connect to the app on the phone. Anyone you talk to will have you go through the same steps over and over that you did so many times that you feel like a ‘ Tech’ yourself now. So disappointed of all these smart manufactured devices that none of them are user friendly. And by the way why all these devices have not one single app instead of three different signups.

Not worth the aggravation
After more than two years of dropped service (going offline)and doorbell changes with no reason, I would definitely not recommend this system to anyone!
