Easy to use
I thought I was going to have to call but did not have to. You have to update your payment information in a different spot. If they put a link in the checkout to update payment info it would be clearer. They need a payment conformation by text or email too. If the bill gets payed it will be great.

Just do not work.
Minimum
The app basically allows you to pay and see your bill. Doesn’t provide any other features. Would be nice if you could see account information; maybe telephone usage, data usage. I’m sure there is more that it could do better.
