Never got a response from staff regarding all sorts of queries, products and services. You get a feeling they deliberately ignore you, read your messages and choose not to respond or forward you to a dead end.
Thanks for the voiceover fix
After two weeks of not being able to use mobile banking with this bank, thanks for the fix for the VoiceOver functionality.
Do continue work to update the app to make it more intuitive, the login with Face ID is still clumsy. Do also take the time and trouble to learn from the experience of the last update a few weeks ago which appeared to have been rolled out without appropriate testing and voiceover completely stopped working with it and banking with your bank, including even just checking balances was impossible for over two weeks.
so before rolling out further update do test them for functionality with accessibility solutions.
On the App Store, there is also version two of the mobile app, it’s very confusing, now that you have taken some trouble to fix this version, please concentrate on this, and remove the version 2, it just causes confusion, and there are loads of negative comments on that as well in the reviews.
