My favorite banking app
It’s simple, loads fast, and functions like a utility rather than an upsell machine. Every feature is carefully considered. I don’t get lost when using it, compared to Chase
Fraudulent! Not trustworthy…
I have been experiencing attempted fraud since I opened my accounts. If it wasn’t for me locking the two cards I received and not putting any money into the accounts I would have lost money…They make it impossible to close the accounts, I’ve follow all the instructions and I still can’t close the for my own safety. I can’t get in touch with anyone. This is crazy. They ran all these ads in FB to be fraudulent and dangerous. Don’t do this … You will out your business at risk. I surely regret it.

Not bad, but they need to fix the invoicing problem.
Lacks basic of a modern bank
They call themselves fintech company but lack very basic functionalities
1. No instant deposits, it takes three business days.
2. The virtual debit card don’t get accepted by certain vendors.
3. Savings interest rate is a joke, less than a percent.
You can’t slap pretty UI and not have basic things work.

Everything is great
Was good up until ..
no issues whatsoever until they flat out rejected my 3rd entity (LLC) for an account, all paperwork was confirmed in order, no reason given, no recourse. Now what? Another bank, is what.
Fantastic app for a fantastic bank!
This bank (and its app/website) are what I’ve been waiting for for over 15 years! The ability to automate budgeting and scheduling as well as setting limits and spending controls easily is what really sells this bank.
My only complaint is that quickly finding accounts and cards can be difficult because they’re not alphabetized.

Transfers To Mercury
Mercury is a nice little online bank but is incredibly unhelpful when you need to transfer money to the Mercury account from an outside bank. This severely limits the utility in day to day business activities.
Forgot about iPad?
I am so sick of seeing apps that do so good on iPhone and advertise themselves as such an awesome app until you download an iPad app and all of a sudden you find out that the company was just shy of success because they don’t know how to create iPad apps. That’s the same reason I left cash app as well.
