MET On-Demand is your go-to way to travel throughout the Pagosa Springs region. We provide on-demand public transit that's smart, easy, and dependable. With just a few taps, book a ride in the app and our system will pair you with other people headed your way. HOW IT WORKS: • Request a ride by entering your pickup and drop-off addresses, and indicate if you’re riding with any additional passengers. • Once your trip is booked, you'll receive an arrival time and can track the vehicle as it approaches. • When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. • There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way. SHARING YOUR TRIP: Our algorithm connects riders heading in the same direction. This means you’re getting the comfort of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of a public one. OUR VEHICLES: MET On-Demand is wheelchair accessible! If you use a wheelchair, simply indicate this in the app before requesting a ride, and you'll be matched with an accessible vehicle. Questions?
