Does not find surface headphones will not connect
Worthless. Knows I have surface headphones but never will say connected. Save yourself frustration and don’t bother using it.
I love my surface . I love this windows 11 pro edition..
This 11 pro is Awesome it’s the best one at that.. 12 I know will be all that no comparison to no other . God bless Microsoft And Mr Gates. 🤑🤓🤪🏆🙌

Touch controls are confusing
There is proper instructions on how to use touch controls for Mute/Unmute or reject/end calls.
Broken App
It has never been a great experience but it looks like the app is just fully broken now. Yes, I can pair my Surface headphones via Bluetooth, but without the app, I am unable to adjust any of the audio settings and I very much enjoyed that EQ customization capability.

I’ve restarted the app uninstalled and installed checked for update. Restarted my phone and factory reset my air buds.

Headphones constantly disconnect for no reason while on a phone call. Very frustrating! And the app will not recognize the headphones even when they are paired and connected to iPhone.

Unable to log in to my account. My pc version of the app works well.

Surface Ear Buds
Was really enjoying my ear buds until the left one stopped working. Tried unpairing and repairing and still won’t work. Not much help available.

I got the app to see if it would update my headphones. My audio cuts out, as if it can’t keep up with my music.
So I download the app and it won’t get past the “scanning” part. Garbage.
