Phantom “Add Task” Bugs and Delays
I used to love this app, but it has gotten so insanely buggy over the last year. It registers phantom “add task” shortcut commands MULTIPLE times a day and beyond annoying to have to swipe those away constantly. There is now a delay when checking an item complete which sometimes resulting in accidentally checking the wrong one when the system finally catches up. PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS!!

What is going on here, Microsoft?
Am I the only one whose negative app review keeps getting removed?
Am I the only one that CONSISTENTLY has deep problems with this app that makes it almost unusable?

I am a software engineer with more than 12 years of experience and your app is unbelievably awful, and it wasn’t like this 2 years ago. I cannot believe you have allowed this to even be released in this decrepit state.
iPhone 15 here and almost nothing in the app works correctly.
Synchronization constantly has to be done manually after automatic synchronizations that don’t pull everything in, tasks marked in My Day on web and local To-Do instances 70% of the time, synchronization constantly fails to synchronize all subtasks from other To-Do instances web and local >95% of the time, tasks marked in the mobile app don’t always get synchronized, and nothing seems be functionally aligned below the surface with the other platforms app-wise.
Absolutely atrocious quality from a company worth >$1T that has the talent, time, and resources to do better.
So do better.

Fed up
Looking for a new app as I’m so fed up with this one! Been using this app since it was Wunderlist. It was much better then tbh. Now it struggles to open, doesn’t sync properly, and is making life harder, not easier. I am disabled and use it with my carers. When it works, it’s great. But more often it’s glitchy as hell!

Total knockout (almost)
This app and it’s many features are a great way to keep track of your daily chores/activities.
It has a really neat design thats just super intuitive. No extra pages of useless information, plus you can move your ideas/list items around with ease.
It’s got great ways of keeping you reminded of your responsibilities, one of which being the home screen widgets.
However-
Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love everything about this app but theres always room for improvement. Namely the widgets; for example, the 4 space square one that reads what you have on in the selected list… I feel like it’d be more useful if the item listed would scroll through instead of stay on just the one.
Little things I know but I figured it’d be cool.
Or another idea, perhaps, which was a big deal for me; the “assigned to me” section. I get that it’s more of a school/work related feature, but having a way to make it more accessible for all users would be awesome, say I want my wife to get me something from the shops; a shared list section would do wonders.
These little feature ideas far from degrade the experience of this awesome app. Overall it’s been a real big use in my daily life and I always highly recommend it to any newcomers looking for an ‘easy to use’ app, for your day to day.

Too Boring
Could u make it more popping so more teenagers to use or customisable
Been using for years
This is my main to do app, it just works for me. And being free helps but actually it’s the functionality i love including being able to grip items together
Simple but a few flaws
This is a simple to do list app where you can highlight tasks for the day, have repeating tasks, and have reminders. It is WAY too easy to accidentally hit the circle that says it’s complete as myopic scroll through the list. I have to go to completed and reverse it at least once every time I use this. It’s also very hard to move a task to a different list while easy to put it in general tasks when creating it.

Still using it , slowly putting all my passwords into a legit pew program. It’s getting buggier with my older machines
Constant crashes, used to love it
This used to be my favorite productivity app but after the latest update I can’t even open it. Just goes back to my home screen after a couple seconds.
Before the update it with my Today list, almost always crashing on the first attempt when I tried to open it, which kind of killed my habit of using this app.
Before these issues took over, the simplicity and elegant design of this app made me love using it. Very aesthetically appealing being able to upload my own backgrounds, although there’s no way to remove an image from the backlog of old theme options once you’ve uploaded it.
Now I can’t even access any of the information that I had on here. I hope you can clean this up soon.

The widget does not support iOS 26 transparent icon customization and shows completely white. This is a great app. Please fix the last bit of issue. Thank you!
