Essential tool to organise my tasks
I have used many different tools to organise my very busy work, home and social life. To Do is the simplest and most versatile tool I have found over many years of trying to become an organised person (it doesn’t come naturally).
Syncing
Cannot get syncing to work on this app only. All other apps my 3 devices sync with no problem. Being 70+ easier to type on iPad or Mac. But use my iPhone when using when away from house. Constantly have to delete and reinstall app on iPhone. Have started moving some of my lists to other apps.
Life Changing
This is my all time favorite app. It’s changed my life
Good but need more
Can’t see the whole thread of emails when viewing flagged email todos. Also would be nice to have customizable default flagging times and reminders
Medium for my use
The list constantly gone after the day I wrote. No where to find the note
Could be better
This app is pretty good but could be a whole lot better with a few simple tweaks.

Excellent app, it help me to plan and prioritize my work and tasks during the day in the efficient way.
Crashing
Keeps crashing on both my iPhone and iPad. Tried many time contacting Microsoft but there was no response. Too bad
Love the app, but the widgets dont work with the clear or tinted themes of ios
Thats about it. Been using it for years and its really good at syncing stuff no matter which device I am on
Won’t allow to rearrange alphabetically
This APP helps me to organize different categories. Under each category I add lists. One start out is if I want to rearrange the categories by alphabetical order, it won’t move but opens.
Almost great
I still haven’t found the perfect free (or reasonable ) GTD priorities to do list, but do enjoy this tool. Need to have more collaborations to make it optimally useful
Good app except for accidental taps
The To Do app is good but an accidental tap is it’s Achilles heel. Tap something by mistake and it’s difficult to know what was tapped. I don’t see anyway to know.

Encrappification has arrived
The whole point of having an app and not using the web is so I don’t have to sign in every time. Here, I had to 2FA twice in a row, plus dismiss an annoying passkey nag. Then the login pop-up kept coming back up. I only was able to fix after a force-close. You literally have one job: don’t make the app worse.

Completely non-functional now
Used to be moderately useful. Things now appear to be completely broken.
I cannot open up any tasks.
So unfortunate because this app used to be absolute gold a couple years ago.

Tidy To Do list app - used it for years
It’s a really nice to-do list app - ever since they took over from Wonderlist years ago (i think that’s the case historically - I didn’t use it before that).
The one feature that keeps me in Apple Reminders more than MS To Do is location based reminders - for example, “When I get home” or “When I leave this location…”.

I absolutely love this app. My favorite part is that I can be at the store, and my wife can add thing onto the list from home as she cooks.
No printing?
Why no printing option for individual tasks?
Improvements needed
Need to be able to search individual folders. Uncompleted items in my day should stay there but turn red to indicate past due
