App does not work!!
It doesn’t even open after downloading! Terrible App!!
Pointless app
What a stupid pointless app it doesn’t let you view anything but your pointless news feed notifications. can’t see or edit any of your kids information for thier dental appointments or anything at all
Rudimentary
Emphasis on the rude experience. 1) No ability to save and return to your place in the onboarding forms. 2) No ability to review the data in a final format and print a copy for my own records. 3) No password permanence. Have to reset it every time I enter the app. 4) Sections with the option to deny consent do not have radio buttons to indicate no consent - only way to move to next screen is by forcing consent. 5) Cannot exit from reviewing/filling out form without being dumped out of program entirely and losing all your data. 6) Upon form completion, dumped out of app, not returned to a Home Screen. 7) No appointment or other functionality in the app. Just onboarding paperwork and payment. No value to me. Forced to use by dental practice. OVERALL really primitive. Not ready for prime time.

ApplePay option doesn’t work
I got this app specifically to pay my bill with a card that I only have in ApplePay. I can go to my bill and there is an ApplePay button, but clicking it doesn’t absolutely nothing. This app is therefore useless to me. I’d recommend getting that bug fixed asap.
Do not a code to creat an account.
I can’t create an account . Tried many time to send a code to my phone and email. What should I do?

The app does not recognize your email when keyed in. It does not send codes to your cell phone. Big fat failure of an application. Waste of time and energy to setup. Stay away from this as it might be corrupt and hurt your device.

Just got this app referral from my dentist and it is awful. It would take forever to send me a validation code then say it was not valid. It would not accept my password when I finally was able to login, and after the validation code coming back as not valid again to reset my password, I just couldn’t care anymore.

Can’t even create an account.
Entered user name and PW. App want me to verify a code they text. Five minutes waiting, I hit resend, repeat again. Code arrives - enter- says invalid code. Repeat twice all codes invalid. Give up but codes keep coming in about 5-6 minutes apart. I stop hitting resend thinking it resets the timer and only the final code will be valid. I try each code as they arrive but all invalid. It’s now 17 minutes since the last one. Last was invalid and I don’t want to play this game any more.

Useful, but…
Concerning that it found my dentist from my email. That means ANYONE could find which dentist I used just by trying my email. Sure, they couldn’t get into the account without additional steps, but this first step breaks confidentiality.
Create Password isn’t integrated with iOS passwords suggestions. I had to create an entry manually in password manager which was fiddly since the website address is not obvious. They are not alone in making this mistake, but why? It seems so easy to get it right.

Payments
Payments not working on app.
Pretty low quality
App is not easy to use. Also lists functionality like paying a bill that are not in the app. I realize this may differ between Dentists but it shouldn’t be listed as a feature.
App never works
My children’s dentist office uses Modento and all of my appointment reminders come through the app. I filled out all of our initial paperwork through the app. Since our first visit, the practice no longer shows up on the app as an option so I cannot confirm appointments, update forms, etc. Yes, they still use the service as we still get reminder notifications. When I click the notification from my screen it asks me to find the practice to get started and the practice just doesn’t show up. Incredibly frustrating.

Can’t easily switch to other practices and can’t use the same email for the different practices
So there are a couple of dental places near me that I go to. I don’t stick to one because sometimes they just get busy. I’d like to be able to login to different practices with the same email but it just keeps saying that such email is registered for another practice and won’t let me register. Also there’s no easy way to switch to another practice. Essentially I can only be registered to one place at a time. Or use different emails. Very inconvenient.

Excel Dental Hygiene Specialist performed an amazing service on my teeth and the staff provide excellent customer service at a very affordable rate. It is comforting to know there are still providers that are concerned about their customers and their health. I am a Teacher and I recommend the Missouri City Texas practice highly of you live in the Houston area.

Just download it, found no way to make appointments. Very disappointing !!
Too invasive
I shouldn’t have to put my social security number or pictures of my drivers license in an app.
Countless companies are being hacked constantly, you don’t need this information in an online form for a dentist appointment.
I’m tired of companies asking for us to put sensitive personal information into online databases with questionable security. We want privacy back.

Why?
I was forced to download this app so I can stop receiving spam emails from a certain office.
Maybe the app and service are great but people shouldn’t have to download the app just to unsubscribe from spam email.

I cannot even create an account
This app is not working. Our new dentist suggested that we download this app to manage our account. None of the activation codes work, we keep receiving a message that they are invalid and I’ve received about 7-8 of them between text an email. This app does me zero good if I cannot even create an account.
