الحذر من المنصة لتفعيلها التجديد التلقائي للاشتراكات وعند طلب الالغاء لا تسترجع الرسوم. تم محاولة التواصل مع المشرفة لكن خدمة عملاء سيئة جدا.

Terrible in updating status and numbers… it could last for months not updated
Useless app
There is no check and balance on how any institute can run your credit score without your authorization. No one is there to help you, any dispute is automatically closed saying that you need to report it to SIMAH. Some of the data has incorrect logic (waiting for it to get fixed for a year now). So until the support gets real this is a useless app on your phone.

Annoying marketing
Keep sending random push notifications that are not related to my credit score. National occasions, system updates, advertisements. Everything except what I want to use it for: alert about my credit score. As a national service I don’t see how such an important service be so carelessly handled.

يحفظ حق الشركات ولا يحفظ حق المواطن عند اي خطأ يكون من طرف الشركة وتم مراسلتهم دون جدوى ، لدي سؤال للقائمين وخاصة مطور التطبيق حيث يوصله هذا التعليق ، بإذن الله الدنيا تدور عليكم وتحسون بطعم المر والظلم لكي تفهموا المعاناة الحقيقية.

App doesn’t work
Devs should thoroughly test apps before deploying. It said I had already registered even though I just downloaded it. So, I tried to change my password since I didn’t have one, and after doing so, said my credentials were invalid.
Extremely Poor Customer Service - Slow and Unhelpful
It feels like the support team is either severely understaffed or untrained. A functional app requires reliable support, but in this case, the support is non-existent when you actually need it. Until the developers drastically overhaul their customer service system, I cannot recommend this app. My experience has been one of pure frustration.

Good start but short-sighted
Can’t believe you guys are charging for checking our credit reports when it’s supposed to be free. It’s free in the United States, why be greedy here in Saudi Arabia? It’s my credit-worthiness, I should be able to at least know where I stand. So you should DEFINITELY add some free features that allow one to check where they stand financially and economically in terms of their borrowing power.
Additionally, if you really want people to pay for the subscription, let us use Apple Pay instead of asking us to enter our card details. Fix it up guys - do better.
