The app logged me out. Will not log me back in. Billed me and customer service is nonexistent.

Video clips disappeared
Yesterday, I recorded video clips in the Momenzo App for a new property we listed. While editing, all the clips suddenly disappeared. I did not delete them, but the app was unstable and failed to save my adjustments. As a result, all the video material is lost, and I have no opportunity to re-record the property.
I need your assistance in recovering the files as soon as possible and an explanation as to why this issue occurred. Thanks

Unfortunately, unable to sign up. They either want your phone number, iCloud account or Google account. I see there is zero privacy in mind.

Great tutorials
So far so good. Just installed app and created my first video within a few minutes. Just a tester video to play around with the features and functions of the app. Really nice. Very user-friendly…
App crashes
I have attempted to use this four different times and every time I’m done loading all the photos it crashes. Not once has this worked without giving me an error message after it apparently uploaded all my photos. Waste of time.
Is It Worth It?
Maybe, but you would need to have 15 to 20 properties to make it worthwhile in my opinion.

This app sounds good and exactly what I’m looking for, but, when I click on the pro button, it says, territory restrictions, well, I can’t subscribe, that’s a shame
