Actually I don’t have a problem with the app before but since I updated the app few minutes ago I’ve not been able to login they asked me to register for verification which I did and they haven’t sent any code to my email for about an hour now

This is the worse mobile bank app i have every used, Very Unreliable, Their network is the worst if you depend on them you are probably going to get stranded i do not recommend this app to anyone!!!!!

Can’t register new no for almost 2 months. Keeps repeating the otp process then keep saying invalid otp. Can’t move pass the first stage of registration. Please don’t bother downloading this trash app. Very Very useless app and waste of data

I sent money from my opay to my momo, the opay said it was successful but momo has refused to show me the money, their customer care number doesn’t work, the whatsapp doesn’t reply. Don’t use them

Your customer service is so bad and so unreliable. I had issues with my pin and it took nothing less than 3days before I was able to correct it. As I speak I have a transaction issue and I have not been able to talk to anybody. No response no reply no hope. Please work on your customer service.

Worst app to put money in
This is the worst app to put money in, I sent money from my opay to my MoMo account twice in two days and they still haven’t credited me the money in my account .. their customer service is garbage and doesn’t reply .. opay has replied and reached out to MoMo but MoMo still hasn’t credited my money into my account . The customer care team do not reply to any complaints.. this app should be taken off the store and closed if they can’t keep up … absolutely garbage of an app do not download for any reason it’s not worth it cause you’ll loose money
