I have been following Moms Into Fitness videos since Covid and it has been amazing for my body! I am 45 years old with 4 kids and a busy life. Being able to stay consistent has been key for me to see results and MIF makes that so easy! I love the flexibility in the weekly workout options. Some weeks I get 4 workouts in, other weeks it’s 2. But I still see gains because of how the whole program is structured. Love it!

I have been watching, following Lindsay’s workout regimen for years. All through both my pregnancies and now into Perimenopause. It’s so flexible, I’ve taken it on vacation and can work it in so easily in my ever changing schedule. If you are new to exercise or not, it’s soooo good. Just give it a try!

I’ve been working out with Lindsay for a solid 10 years now. She has helped me close my DR after my last 3 babies and helped me regain my strength. There are workouts for every season of life. I am loving lifting weights and walking right now.

Best at home workout app
Hi, have literally downloaded 20+ apps and have found that I throw in the towel after a couple weeks because they’re too time-consuming or to confusing for whatever reason however with this app I feel like I have my own personal trainer at home or in the gym with me cheer me on me expert advice if you are looking for a new trainer/app don’t hesitate download it you won’t regret it. Plus, it’s inexpensive. Lindsay Brin if not into trendy workouts she’s a mom that busy entrepreneur. She provides quick effective functional and safe workouts. Just give it a try and you’ll see for yourself.

Best app to grow with you
I’m 43 and after jumping from workout program to workout program working out 6 days a week almost an hour a day, seeing little to no progress, sleeping horribly, and having awful low back pain I found my way back to Moms Into Fitness. I had worked out with this app several years ago and loved it, but felt like I was not seeing results like I thought I wanted and started the ongoing program jump for the past 3 years until I made my way back after seeing an article Lindsay wrote about her body being stressed and having to change her workouts in her 40s…for the past month and a half I’ve been doing the 3 or 4 day workout program following the 35 min workouts and getting my daily walk and I feel amazing. I’m SLEEPING so much better, at least 7 hours a night and not waking up at 2 or 3 in the morning and laying there for hours. I don’t feel worn down and exhausted and my weight is staying consistent despite not feeling like I’m killing myself. I do feel like my clothes fit better despite my weight not changing and my husband says he has noticed my bum looks perkier so there’s a win :) If you’re struggling with the challenges of the 40s I recommend giving this a try, for me it has impacted all aspects of my health. I would really encourage you to look into nutrition as well, really focus on making sure each meal has protein, fiber, carbs, and fats (healthy fats help support our hormone health). Perfect for moms!
I am not a typical “workout” person. But after not using my gym membership for years (after babies) this is a great way I can actually work out from home. And Lindsey is a GREAT coach. She’s gentle, encouraging, and positive. (I don’t love all work out coaches and how they refer to the body—as if we are machines!) But she honors the body and the different seasons of REAL life. I am really thankful to have found this and have used it for years on and off, but always come back to it. It’s so much better than trying to find random YouTube videos to work out to! It’s cheaper than a gym membership, and I like that I’m not putting my kids in the childcare (because I always worry about them getting sick in there!) I would recommend this to any woman. If your on the fence, just try it for a month! 🩷

I absolutely love Lindsay and this app!!!! They’re short, effective workouts that don’t leave you feeling exhausted and Lindsay does such a good job of explaining good form and giving modifications! Love, love, love it!!!!!!

If you are a busy mom and still want to get into shape then this is the app for you. Lindsey takes all the guess work out of fitness. Her weekly schedules are perfectly choreographed so you hit every muscle in your body, and she leaves nothing lacking. If you looking for a no brainer to fitness that will leave you with lasting results, you have got to try Mom’s Into Fitness. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Best fitness app ever!!

I have used MIF for almost 18 years. I started way back with the Bootcamp DVDs! The effectiveness of Lindsay’s workouts has always been great! I appreciate the ease of the MIF app and that I can take my workouts with me anywhere!
Excellent for busy women
I LOVE this app! I’ve never been into fitness, but I started using this app 4 years ago and have been active ever since. I feel SO much better now! There is a huge variety of workouts for every ability level, and it is easy to search for the type or length of workout you want. Or you can just log in and do the daily workout with no thought or effort in choosing. I recommend this app to everyone!

Best workouts for a busy mom of three
I have been using Lindsey since I had my first baby 8 years ago. I love how she creates workouts for every type of mom. She teaches balances and that working out isn’t simply for weight or looks but also has many other great benefits. She’s made me stronger and able to hike longer even hauling my kids on the front and back of me. She makes work outs fun. She is constantly changing up the app and making it more user friendly. She does semi annual focus groups where she then tailors workouts for the mom of today and what we’re looking for. Lindsey is great even my kids love working out with her!
